I'm aware that troons are massive attention whores and at first I thought they were just exagurating the surgeons not being on the clock 25/8 for their every retarded whim + them being insufferable to be around by virtue of being troons, but this specific pattern (Surgeon knocks off surgery in 45 minutes, botches it, tells them to fuck off and never return), seems to disturbingly common.
Like from reading the thread it appears that every other troon seems to have this exact same identical experience.
Is it possible that all these surgeons might unironically be "transphobic" on the same level as your average kiwi and are just doing this shit to physically harm the troons and suck money out of them at the same time?
Idk if this sounds like a conspiracy theory, but there has got to be a source for the constant borderline irrational neglect these surgeons have for their patients right?
Combination of things.
1: Waivers up the wazoo.
Informed consent and all that makes risk of lawsuits smaller. So doctors are more likely to take patients where they’d normally go “Fuck no, way too risky!”
2: The way these surgeries are made.
Plastic surgeons don’t know urology or gynecology, so they’re don’t have the training or just farm out the part to an actual urologist as cheaply as possible.

If you’re paid a quick 10K to help with some gender butchers operation, you tend not take as much care as you would with your own patient.
3: The nature of the surgeries.
This is probably the most important one. You’re fucking with some stuff you really shouldn’t fuck with. Take the Phallo operations FTMs get. In order to install the rotdog, they need to lengthen the urethra which is always shorter on women. Much of the time that leads to some kind of complication like UI infections, catheters, etc.
4: The proprietary nature.
Every doctor develops his own versions of these surgeries, and keeps it a secret. (Except from his apprentices, like some kind of gender alchemist.)
That’s why troons rave about X’s vaginas or Y’a special method.
The result is of course that the troons tend to be stuck with whatever butcher they originally chose, since the doctors usually aren’t keen on doing revisions/repairs on another doctors mess. (Fuck, they might not know exactly what had been done and how.)
