I put the video up before I found the source, once I found the source and actually read it, and then read some of the links, yeah, what a fucking load of shite. There were a few things through the source website that as I was reading leapt out at me, I had someone else read through it too, and they didn't even get through half of it before they were picking up on patterns they were using to entice people to 'go with them'.
There is definitely a lot of it that is absolutely plausible, the older interviews and books that have been written show the same aims over and over, but to do this to people, in this way is despicable. It preys on the little doubts that stick with us, even though we know we are making the right decisions for ourselves.

Apparently, the world's financial institutions are working on a replacement for SWIFT which is internally called CSRQ-SM (Common, Sovereign, Restricted, Quarantined - Social Management). Under this system, all global currencies will be replaced with a single currency, called USDR. An elite group of under 8 million people in "Sovereign Class" will be allowed to have unlimited assets. Everyone else will receive an unconditional basic income of $1000 USDR a month, but be barred from having a net worth exceeding $5000 USDR, which includes all property. They plan on confiscating any property in excess of that, eminent domain/civil asset forfeiture style.
If people are non-compliant with this program, they will be placed in Restricted class and only allowed to have a net worth of $1000 USDR and a maximum of $500 USDR credited to their account every month. If they show further disobedience, they will be placed in Quarantined class and be restricted to a net worth of $500 USDR and a maximum of $250 USDR credited to their account every month.

There will be no more wages, but people will still be expected to work. If they don't work, they get put in Restricted class or sent to Neo-Bolshevik reeducation camps.
People will not be allowed to save money. Their accounts will be capped at $1000 USDR and simply reset to that amount every month (i.e. if you spend only $750 one month, the next month, you will not have $1250, you will have only $1000). This keeps the velocity of money high by forcing people to spend constantly. The Middle Class will be completely abolished and eliminated. Summarized, the intent and purpose of the Committee of 300 is to bring to pass the following conditions:
A One World Government and one-unit monetary system under permanent non-elected hereditary oligarchists who self select from among their numbers in the form of a feudal system as it was in the Middle Ages. In this One World entity, population will be limited by restrictions on the number of children per family, diseases, wars, famines, until 1 billion people who are useful to the ruling class, in areas which will be strictly and clearly defined, remain as the total world population.
There will be no middle class, only rulers and servants. All laws will be uniform under a legal system of world courts practicing the same unified code of laws, backed up by a One World Government police force and a One World unified military to enforce laws in all former countries where no national bound- aries shall exist.
