Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

Why hasn't Jaron had gastric bypass surgery/liposuction? It would be a cakewalk compared to chopping off your nuts and turning your cock inside out.
I suspect that any and all surgery, and medical intervention, will now be more complicated for Jazz.

For surgery, risk will be increased not just in terms of weight, but increased infection risk (even in an unrelated procedure, a permanent source of inflammation and chronic infection should be taken into account), inconsistent compliance with after care via reduced physical mobility or propensity for such and of course this isn’t helped by persistent mental illness, and hormone levels that are atypical for the male body you‘d be operating on, calculating dosages for and considering potential complications and outcomes concerning.

In all matters concerning health care, male nor female guidelines based on research, experience and standards of practice can be applied to Jazz at this point. Jazz does not have a healthy endocrine system and resultant physiological adult development typical of either. There is simply very little known about the pervasive impact of hormone blockers pre-puberty with subsequent HRT into adulthood and what this could mean for the presentation of any and all disease. To add to the unknowns, there are no guidelines for people like Jazz concerning their levels of risk for disease, complications, side effects of medicine, prevention strategies or even what is considered healthy for this patient. None of this even takes into account competent physician awareness of any of the above when treating someone like Jazz.

Say Jazz requires a full physical for a job: what is a full physical in this case? Say Jazz goes to a dietician for treatment prior to recommendation for gastric bypass: what is the recommended caloric intake considering sex, weight, height, activity, metabolic rate and endocrine function? What is considered a vitamin or mineral deficiency for someone with a male body that has never experienced male puberty but has been impacted by an artificial administration of certain female hormones? At which point is any given blood test result taken as being outside the normal range?

Supposing that Jazz isn’t too traumatised by the horrific experiences of bottom surgery to even be taking health concerns to a doctor as it is, let alone to be willing to undergo any more invasive treatment that isn‘t for an immediate emergency/outside of control.

I mean, liposuction isn't that big a deal, but most of Jazz's abdominal fat seems to be visceral (under the muscle and around the organs) rather than subcutaneous (just under the skin), so it wouldn't really work.

Someone should call the A&E show "Digital Addiction" for an intervention on Sander, but unfortunately it won't be a member of his family.

THATS his favorite part of being home? Doesnt he LIVE at home? Just how often is he doing that for it to be his favorite thing?
He actually got his own apartment a while back and made annoying TikTok’s about it and when his brother came to visit.

Also why can’t they hang out on the couch like normal family’s

Sander has an unresolved Oedipus complex?

I don't agree... He's been losing some weight, so I tend to think he's getting his eating under control (maybe thanks to Harvard), but he's still huge and always will be. His hormones are all screwed up.
He seems to have stopped eating too much, but he still is huge and that's not changing. I think he is never going back to his pre-surgery weight and that's a pity.

For the record i chose "they/them" in the poll for this thread not bc i give a shit about transrights, but bc Jazz is physcially the size of 3 people.

Ok that makes more sense. But still tho, why not the couch like you said? Why a mom/bro sandwich?

TikTok is generally for the tween/teen crowd, but Sander is a grown man who’s well out of school, let alone being dropped off by Mommy Dearest. Making TikToks that only kids would relate to— pretty weird, Sander. This whole family is a poster for arrested development.

This whole family has such an incesty feel (save Ari and Griffen, but his shirtless TikToks with Sander are quite unnerving.) They have their own little enclosed cult that thousands upon thousands of people give asspats to, ignoring the thousands upon thousands of people creeped out.

The Bloshinsky’s talk about each others’ genitals and sex lives in ways that would make the most liberal of families blush. I can’t say for certain sexual abuse went on, or where it came from, but something in my gut says at least Jazz and Sander were Bad Touched ™️.

They'd make him lose weight first to prove he can keep it off.
I don't think he'd get that far.
AlsoI wonder if the 19 or whatever medications he takes daily would be an issue with how small his stomach would be 🤔

This!
I don't know what it is about trans activism but the goal seems to be to turn hormones into just 'girl/boy-ifying pills'. And sex is just a gender stereotype 'assigned at birth'.
It's so counter to known medical science, it's practically HAES. And the health consequences are fucking horrific to contemplate. But I suspect no one much cares because it's overwhelmingly too-horny-to-be-useful men, autistic kids, gay kids. It speaks to a contempt for these groups that it's legal to mutilate them.

In any case, Jazz should definitely stay tf out of any further optional medical procedure, and try to stay as healthy as possible, because his body is a walking experiment at this point.
