Yes, you’re so oppressed Tony. You were just on a leaderboard for “egg hatching” in the r/egg_irl Discord, but that doesn’t make you a groomer.

This is fake as fuck. Unless this was sent to one of his place’s of work, I’m not sure how it got to him. Trust me, I would know if he’d been doxed. The lack of straight up misgendering is odd. If you’re sending hate mail like this, the use of any feminine pronouns seems off. Also, the Holocaust reference is extremely heavy handed. This seems almost tailor made for oppression points.

Oh no, we can’t sterilize children and have the gubbermint pay for glorified elective surgeries. I’d like to see how many trannies show up to this.

I agree with you. IMHO the letter is way to nice, due to it being written by himself. It's peppered with language this twitter lib pseudo intellectuals love to use. He needs to work on his communocation skills becaise im not sure if this fictional baddie wants to genocide, mexicans, trannies, or both. Love the nod to our lord Jesus Christ at the end. That really sells it, not.

If this incomprehensible lazy slop is is hoe he writes informally, I dread to read the essays Mr. Caraballo writes for legal things.

Also lol at thinking that it would totally be a racists sending letters to him. Wonder how many fellow Latinos totally approve of his transitioning, totally think it honors God ,& the family. I've actually seen a fair amount of interracial friendship between Latinos and white americans who love Jesus. You love God and the good word too? Why I say, welcome brother!

Going off of the post from @AMHOLIO, it's so funny to me that Tony is attacking "the liberals" when they're the only ones left who will kind of put up with trans people.

It’s sort of like how they endlessly bitch about ”cis white women” despite them being probably the most trans friendly demographic out there.

And no, Tony, you may have plenty of illiberal tendencies in regards to things like free speech, but you are not a far left radical.

@AMHOLIO dude, that's a damn fine letter which that lawyer maricon will never EVER show his followers because you're far too eloquent and make extremely well-reasoned and calm points. Love this.

On another note, the letter to Carbajallo or whatever Alex's last name is (that's not racism, it's laziness) reminds me so much of the fake letter in that one episode of The Office where Michael pretends Vance Refrigeration is pranking/attacking Dunder Mifflin: "You guys suck! You can never pull together and revenge us! That is why you suck!" :story: so hateful!

I have the honor of being in law-enforcement…
Alex couldn’t resist, could he?

And yet never once does the letter writer call Alex a faggot which in my experience is the go-to male-to-male putdown.

Mean to tell me someone printed that out, and somehow delivered it to that person without putting a singular dent or crease in it? Not to mention..the use of the tilde above the n. What racist have you ever seen care about using the correct characters?

Lol wtf, I stopped reading at "LGBTQ".

What fucking redneck neonazi would go through the effort to actually say "LGBTQ"?

And capitalize it, even.

That's fucking dumb.

Thank you! :D It felt too cheap to write a sweary angry letter. If I did, I would just copy and paste the navy seal copypasta but replace al-quaeda with "bitchass legal assistants". Besides, I felt like getting it out of my system. :) Mr. Caraballo also seems to think every single opposer of the trans lobby has a brain the size of a pea and only has two modes: putting up a front for normies and then behind the scenes screaming frothy oppression. He won't win arguments if he keeps underestimating his enemies like that.

I always wonder if the trans lobby realizes how much the average Joe, both straight AND LGB, would disagree with them if given the facts. Since one law firm published a guide on getting trans laws passed before people see it as an issue (I'm guessing it's easier to make than remove a law), I got a sense that while they may think these procedures are necessary, they know they're worse than they actually are. No, it's not always good, but folx like Erin Reed can appeal to legal authority to try and justify their legitimacy (you know, it's not illegal to cheat on your spouse but it is immoral). Is it easier to imagine small groups of TERFs and Republican Fascists roaming the country side, cackling and rubbing hands as they desire to burn the trans women snd men because they're attracted to them/hate them irrationally and evilly as they have no soul?

I think some have figured it out, like with that lawfirm, but I don't think every trans person and trans ally has. It must be a severe gutpunch when they finally realize someone is against them with actual scientific studies for their own safety. It's probably why some go into turbo cope overdrive.
@AMHOLIO
Your letter has been bookmarked and deserves an achievement award tbh

:semperfidelis:
Thank you very much too, you guys are too kind. :heart-full: If I were to actually send it in (I don't cowtip though) I'd run another pass through it, but I'm surprisingly satisfied with how it turned out as is.
Alex couldn’t resist, could he?

Thank you, this, right here. Couldn't finger it place my finger on it.

What racist have you ever seen care about using the correct characters?
Honestly? Autocorrect. Realistically? Lol.

I should see if that Florida Medical Board Meeting is open to the public or being broadcasted. I'd like to see it, I just don't have much to contribute aside from showing that this subject matters to my vote and archived articles on trans science on my phone, which doesn't hold up well to meetings with serious people, lol.

Went to check for an update on the letter. So now you’re telling me it was in a standard size envelope and has no fold marks? Seems @Blanche was right. I also think this envelope may have been from something else.

The replies are amazing!

There is a backlog on testing DNA rape kits for real women, but let's investigate this totally real letter.

What are the chances that this is ever turned over to the police? I would imagine that since Harvard is a private institution they will never have to turn over any of this "evidence".

Amazes me how not a single one of these people has even noticed the lack of crease with a traditionally sized envelope. They are so damn hungry to be oppressed.

He could at least show that the corner was blank. I mean, it isn't from a bill, is it, Alex?

Is it hypocritical to bitch about cops when he himself is in law? I'm impressed with how much sheer hatred and retardation he has.

Took a quick glance at his twitter and goddamn does he tweet a lot. Here's his latest rant:

Bonus fear mongering:

I'd love to see them try and detransition adults. I'm saying this because I don't think they would touch it: adults are adults, after all. They're old enough to choose what they do with their body. The most I can see Florida do to adults is to cut them off state funded healthcare (did they already do that? forgot) unless a particularly damming study comes out that has actual doctors associations deciding that it might be time to throw in the towel on this protocol and switch to something else. That will take a much longer time than Erin-chan thinks.

Also, the person replying is a trans woman. I don't think the kid is his but it's wild hearing it.

Anyone familiar with SEGM?
Society for Evidence-based Gender Medicine. It’s made up of professionals who, shock horror, believe that you should have more to go on than wishful thinking before prescribing people chemical castration drugs and cross-sex hormones.
I can't be assed to sit there and look through [Tony’s thread about the basis for transgender medicine].
Me either, really. Ultimately it’s all stuff we’ve covered before. I can wave my arms around shouting “systematic evidence reviews” until they fall off and I’m blue in the face, but it won’t make a jot of difference to Tony. He’s decided on the outcome he wants and has assembled the “facts” to support it. Here’s my previous post about the four systematic reviews conducted so far into giving children puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones (spoiler: no evidence for either).

Just briefly though on a couple of Tony’s points which at least I haven’t addressed in this thread before.

First, desistance rates of gender dysphoric young people. We know that persistence greatly increases as children are socially transitioned and take puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. Here’s a review of evidence. Also see the summary in the High Court judgment in Bell v Tavistock, which despite what Tony may think was reversed on appeal for a legal reason (scope of judicial review orders) not because the assembled facts were in question. Also lol that the image Tony has in that tweet is of a single, pre-print (ie not published or peer reviewed!) study.

Second, on the ethics of double-blind studies for gender dysphoria. We do these all the time with pharmaceutical interventions for other mental health disorders. The difference is that in those cases we haven’t decided ahead of time for ideological reasons which treatments are ethical to provide or withhold. As well, it’s not just double-blind studies of hormones v placebo that we don’t have, but also randomised controlled trials more generally for gender dysphoria as a whole category of treatments (psychosocial interventions) have been labelled as “conversion therapy” and unethical.
I'd love to see them try and detransition adults. I'm saying this because I don't think they would touch it: adults are adults, after all. They're old enough to choose what they do with their body. Florida’s pulled Medicare (or whatever) coverage of blockers & hormones for kids, if I remember correctly. But questioning the basis for child medical transition leads naturally to questions about adult medical transition, which leads to questions about social transition, TWAW and all the rest of it. I’d expect a knock-on effect on private insurers, who after all are not in the medical game but the financial risk game.

Nice for Alejandra to actually come out and name the villain here. Most troons avoid that and just say that this is all legitimate because the APA and the AMA support it (both of which just repeat what more specialized organizations say, like WPATH).

I maintain that WPATH is not a medical organization. If you look at the qualifications for membership:
Full professional membership is available to professionals working in disciplines such as medicine, psychology, law, social work, counseling, psychotherapy, nursing, family studies, sociology, anthropology, speech and voice therapy and sexology. Full membership costs $225 (US) per year, and carries voting privileges within the Association.
So, we've got... what, lawyers? Tranny activists? Random weirdos? They're writing the fucking medical standards of care for troons that the AMA just repeats as if it's actual medical advice.

Don't get me wrong, WPATH is probably mostly doctors. But still you've got doctors (probably extremely biased doctors, but doctors nevertheless) rubbing elbows, sharing voting power with tranny activists on advice the US medical community uses to justify dickchops.

Like Charlotte Lai here is a full voting member of WPATH. What do they do? How are they qualified to be in WPATH? Oh, they do fucking electrolysis (a). Cool, very cool. I bet that barbering and cosmetology license really qualifies them to comment on the long term complications of dickchops.

This is a lobbying organization, not a medical organization.

Lol also from the upcoming new revision of their Standards of Care, they have a section entitled "Applicability of the Standards of Care to Eunuchs", and one of the contributors:
1658436094296.png
Thomas Johnson, PhD is a cultural anthropologist whose early work focused on adolescent social development in rural Japan, where he also explored village economics and village religious festivals. About the time that he retired from teaching, he discovered an unstudied gender dysphoric community. Deciding that he might be able to get an article or two out of studying them, he’s spend two decades enjoying his work with a fascinating project. The Male-to-Eunuch community is generally articulate, well educated, and very pleasant to spend time with. Their gatherings are always filled with laughter and camaraderie.

Well, they could go as far as declaring tranny HRT to be unjustified medically and basically regard it as illegal prescriptions. I don't know how the legals of that would work and it'd be very tricky (and probably not great electorally, at least compared to just cutting the kids off), but maybe.

I think if DeSantis just stops at keeping them from trooning out kids, he'll have like 65% of the country behind him. (30% of the country just don't know what the fuck is going on; I can't imagine more than 5% of Americans actually knowingly support this stuff)
