To put it nicely: he has plenty of talents, but being able to be high energy and entertaining compared to his peers isn't one of them.I'm not sure what Uki's done besides be gay and throw around a silly line or two on twitter, which in the end means little to actual content produced on streams.
I don't watch Uki though, only one from that set I occasionally watch is Fulgur thanks to his chemistry with Millie.
Uki's audience are primarily Western fujos and they see his streams as comfortable. He is an extremely gay dude, and aside from the occasional funny sharp-tongued retort he has, that's really the bulk of his personality.
But Uki is easy to avoid if you don't like his content. Describing any amount of non-straight people in NijiEN as 'disturbing' is one hell of a reach when you want to apply for them, because this has always been something members of every other branch have openly expressed and chatted about in the past too, and has therefore always been part of the company culture.
You're not 'wrong' or 'bad' if you don't want to be open to seeing that content as a viewer, but it is retarded to actively be trying to get into the company whilst also already complaining that you hate your would-be coworkers.
