Go to the Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg, TN and take the tour. It's eye opening and as you walk through 1000's of barrels in their main aging barn, the smell is in toxicating. They call it "Angel Air". No shit. The charred oak barrels, made by hand, mellow the whiskey and give it flavor. The longer, the more mellow the whiskey. Same holds true for bourbon, but most of that is made near Louisville Kentucky using the same technique as Jack.

This is interesting because this happened in Fairport. Without powerleveling too much, Fairport is... very white. 95-98% white. In fact, I expect Fairport to be easily 60-40 in Zeldin's favor in November.
