Depends on how mobile Barb is really. If barb walks on her own and moves around and stuff and doesn't lie in bed for extremely long periods she probably will be fine. If barb is bedridden she's fucked. Chris wouldn't know how to make a bed to avoid skin tears on a bedridden patient, Barb wouldn't know laying around all day will kill her in a period of months, Chris wouldn't periodically flip her or think about infections or anything and neither Barb nor Chris would think to check for ulcers or small cuts on her. But if she's out of the bed around 8 or 9 hours a day she's probably ok.
