I hope she gets better soon! She is a fun vtuber to watch.

It's nice to see people have fun with debut of new vtubers. I can see Mr. Mag will have tons of free advertisement from his meming followers!

@Undercover Commissioner don't tell me that's who I think it is...

At some point she did. She used to be fairly really fit pre-pandemic.
Ngl, after seeing her Demon Dice livesn I think its more likely she ended up bulking up as a result of her dance training and shit. Maybe a developing beer gut, but as far as the arms and legs go she seems to have gotten more muscular than fat.

Dude, hook me up with some of that copium. I might need some strong shit like that someday.

As someone that has never watched matsuri aside from a few clips, I have a question. The anniversary stream's name (ReStart) and the new 3d model are some sort of rebranding or redesign or it's just a coincidence?

Yeah but I turned on numbers and noticed I wasnt getting much heals from Takos. Whats keeping me alive is the 200hp nurse heals at 1k hp. Apparently YAGOO scales 2% every minute, so I'll die as long as I dont level up my stats further... Eventually.

I hope they change YAGOO so he scales exponentially instead of lineally.

This is your fate because you malded every time she did Elden Ring streams.

Welcome to Hell. :story:

Maybe its because I never had an audience but why do people hate backseating so much? Cant the streamer just ignore chat? Spoilers I understand but backseating is just a few retards malding in chat because you are not doing what they want you to do. Personally I would probably just keep doing whatever the hell im doing just to piss them off even more.

They continue in a vacuum, because they want the personal satisfaction of knowing they 'helped'.

You can ignore them, but it doesn't stop them. Antagonizing them makes it worse, but should be done at all opportunities. They hate it when you're not performing to their metric, they demand you have the exact same experience they did, because they need the validation that a popular public figure can agree with their tastes.

don't forget when chat itself starts to throw shit at them or it turns into a "who's the better backseater" competition and suddenly it looks like the average 4chan thread. hence the general rule to curb that shit right from the start.
I agree with these takes on backseating. But there's an easier way to think of it.

One of my wife's favorite things to do is chill on the couch and knit while I play a game of some kind. She's big into story, but hates any kind of combat. So she'll zone out while I'm clearing dungeons or fighting bosses or something. She's got this really annoying habit though of wanting to 'help' occasionally. She'll start giving suggestions for things I could do differently, but most of the time it's stuff I've already tried and hasn't worked but she missed it because she was knitting. If she feels I've taken too much time, she'll then look up the solution on her phone and then ask if I want to hint. And I have to threaten to break her fingers if she tells me, because I get enjoyment out of figuring shit out myself. And if I deem that I do want a hint, I'll look it up my goddamn self. For over a decade she's been doing this, and I've asked her to stop many times over the years. But she doesn't, and I still love her anyways.

Now imagine doing that but instead of CHOOSING to play games because it's your spouse, but you're FORCED to do it because it's your career. You're playing games and you want to figure it out. And you want to interact with chat because doing so is the healthy way to build and maintain a community. If you can't chatter or tell stories or something, not interacting with chat will bog down your growth. Just look at that one dude posting about Shiina a day or two ago. Chat WANTS to interact with you, so you want to interact with chat.

So you look at chat to find something to bounce off, and you see "STRUMMER, IF YOU JUST GRABBED THIS SUPER HIDDEN BUT OVERPOWERED ITEM LOCATED JUST OVER THIS WAY THIS BOSS WOULD BE EASIER Madge" or "Streamer, here's that obvious weak point you missed. I just want to help you!" or "Why are you using this weapon? If you just used this other build that's totally different, the game would be much easier KEKW". Ruins your experience of the game, and can sour the mood of the stream as a whole. ESPECIALLY if a game is story related and they can't shut up about spoilers as well.

That Alban video that was linked is a perfect example of why backseating should be dealt with swiftly and with prejudice. Some people will just not understand, so time them out for 24 hours and even ban repeat offenders.

TL; DR - Chat is the bro sitting on the couch next to you and bullshitting while you game. Backseaters are the annoying fucks who wont' shut up and just let you play, and always think their advice is just as important as all the other unique snowflakes giving advice.
