Watching/listening to Phil is so draining it's hard to keep up without serious commitment and masochism. I'd honestly classify it as white torture.

As someone who dabbled in editing Phil clips I can atest to this. By far the hardest and most time consuming part is gathering the clips. The best option is to cut what you need as you go along for the first watch. Watching his "content" more than once is just tedious. This is why the original TIHYDPs were kinda genius. Not only were they shorter because the playthrough was shorter but they sort of had part of the work outsourced to the comment section. You could cut and select parts based arounds detractor comments. These days it's hard to get pointers for a specific moment in his playthrough that is real bad.

One can hope but there’s always the worrisome prospect that he either realizes fewer fans might mean less overall support, or he has the faintest glimmer of self-reflection to realize he’s being a piece of shit, and admit he was wrong.

DSP is trying to rebrand himself as a positive person whose stream you should totally throw money at because he's so positive, and that he does nothing wrong, and it's the trolls who make him look bad. Yet in the span of a few tweets, Phil has:

• Posted a negative tweet about TLoU Remaster with the sole intent of chasing clout.
• Quote Tweeted Naughty Dog in order to toss his own opinions about the game for attention.
• Engendered negativity based on misinformation about the game
• inadvertently insulted one of his own dick riders.
