General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Why do people do it that often, is it some lemming race of everyone having the same self-fulfilling prophecy of "if I keep everything from a stream in one post, it'll get buried under 10 pages in the next five minutes"?
They don't want to go on Discords or 4chan - aka places that are far more suited for live discussion - so they just use this board instead.

WAIT A SECOND! Holy shit that's DWK! That's the fucking Totally Legit Recap brony guy.
Yup see below for the recap of why he abandoned that series
Not sure if this was a joke but i found this while catching up in way too many pages via highlights

To answer your question that is a shitposter dude from the brony days called DWK where he dubbed pony episodes abridged style and turned them into literal drunk depression fueled existential crises it was pretty funny he eventually quit doing them because he was using that series to justify his alcoholism as he felt that he HAD to be smashed to make them

Eventually he came back and explained this on his DWK channel and directed his old audience to a new shitposting channel where he does comedy rants and discussions on weeb topics and whatever else he feels like this time alcohol free
he was a png during the DWK days so he upgraded to vtuber goth anime girl for the meme

So tldr that is a dude using a girl model for the memes
Case in point this shitpost

If I had to guess based on CCS and Higurashi I'm going with 27. Not a hag.
Meaning age 5 when the CCS anime finished (3 when it started)? That seems a little optimistic.
Fuck I don't even have a dream, meanwhile girls like Kiara/Calli just move to Japan to be idols/rappers at 15/18. You can't say they haven't earned their success,
They took big risks, you don't see all the people who failed. Calli especially, from the way she talks about English teaching she was very close to becoming one of the alcoholic divorcee minimum wage lifers that Japan is full of. Obviously I'm happy it worked out for her but that doesn't mean the path she took was a smart one.
