I'm sure someone else knows more about this but from what I've gathered Nick is definitely on good terms with PT, they interacted a lot on twitter and PT regularly defends him. however in the ep it sounded like Nick was saying that others in AF don't like him

Paul Town has always gone to bat for Nick Fuentes but he's not going to go give AFPAC speeches and do the Groyper chant. This upsets the Tyler Russell and Dalton Clodfelter types who went all-in.

The sycophants of America First over-extend themselves. For example, they reject Nick's homosexuality, minimize Paul Gosar's departure, and support Ralph. It requires a lot of loyalty to defend these positions; groypers get waist deep in the mud for Nick's sake. When Paul Town doesn't lower himself like that, it contrasts between himself and someone like Dalton in a way which very much flatters Paul Town. Who would you rather be: Esoteric and funny and well-liked Paul Town, or goofy and unintelligent Dalton with his latina wife? This is the core of the friction between Paul Town and America First.

Also, many Jaden stans still like Paul Town and like his tweets and Nick couldn't get Paul Town to disavow them if he wanted to. I really like talking about Paul Town because he's done a great job of diplomacy. I just love the position he's in. It's so admirable to be in his position. Tonight's episode begins around the 26 min mark on the live counter. The subject is an atheist op-ed. Instead it pivots to softening his rhetoric on DeSantis in light of some abortion news. He finaly gets to the op-ed on 1:11:38. It's mostly standard Christian Nationalism peddling plus another reminder that Nick wants to convert Destiny.
