In the federal system, you get a good behavior credit of 54 days for every 365 days you do in prison meaning you can get out early after doing 85% of your sentence. Since Baked is only doing 6 months though, I think he's stuck doing the full amount of time.
He hasn't been sentenced yet nor has the DOJ submitted a formal sentencing recommendation - the charge he pled guilty to (parading and picketing) is the standard charge that nonviolent Capitol offenders are given the option to plea to and it carries a
maximum of 6 months. I would be surprised if the DOJ's recommendation was below 4 months, but we'll see.
I remember that person introducing the phone call for the hearing stated that the court transcript is able to be requested (by what means I don't know), but considering it was a plea hearing and not a sentencing hearing (which is where the government and defense both display evidence before the judge in order to sway his opinion toward what is a "fair" sentence), there probably wasn't much of note. This will be the hearing that people who believe Baked is selling out others will want to hear, as the government and/or his attorney will argue that his cooperation should credit him toward a lower sentence than is otherwise reasonable if this is the case - there are multiple instances of things like this being mentioned at sentencing hearings for J6 defendants.
The "Cooperation" section of the plea agreement, in my opinion, doesn't mean as much as people want it to mean and has been a standard condition for all J6 plea deals, regardless of who they are. This certainly doesn't exonerate Baked of any suspected selling out, and I do believe that he had to have given
something in order for a misdemeanor deal to be presented in the first place, but I think people are making it out to be something that it's not at this point. That Baked's plea deal specifically demands access to social media accounts and posts made on/around Jan. 6 as opposed to access to
any information the government deems necessary should be noted, though it's obviously possible that they already have it and thus don't need to request it from him in the future... but that's just speculation.
You can compare Baked's plea deal cooperation section:
with admitted former Proud Boys cooperator Charles Donohoe's plea deal:
We'll see what happens during sentencing, but, for now, I think that people are reading too much into this.
