Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

Baked Alaska is such a gimp. Fucking jesus, guy fucking pleads out then goes on air and streams like he won something when in reality he just sold everyone out.
The term here would be God's plan

I just have to say, if the most publicized person of Jan 6th only got six months how much of a violent "insurrection" was it?
He’s a self publicist, and hanger-on.

As for severity of sentencing, I agree they seem unduly lenient. But go to seditiontracker.com and click some random profiles - a lot more than 6 months is being handed down. Cops were injured and killed, remember.

ETA: this guy also cooperated and got 4.25 years out of an 8 year maximum sentence.

Yes, it was violent.

Here's the snitch bitch agreement.

In case it isn't obvious, he's agreed to snitch out anyone he had contact with on or around January 6, 2021, and anything outside that date pertaining to that date and activities planned on that date.

So if any of you tards out there talked to this snitch about any activities related to January 6, guess what you get?

Holy shit it actually stipulates Jan 6th specifically.

Bruh, he’s actually snitching.

:story::story::story:

A snitch is only a good snitch or the FBI if he has actual information of value. I am unaware of what information Baked would have that would be of value.

Let us assume he has the financial details of contributors of PowerChat; I'd hardly call that an ace in the hole.

Anyone arrested who was involved with 1/6 is required to tell the FBI who else was there that they knew of because if you don't, you are impeding a criminal investigation - so telling them "John" was there is hardly being a snitch. If you do not tell them you know someone when they show you a picture and lie about it, they will come visit you back in 6-12 months and kindly let you know they are now charging you with lying to a Federal Investigator (even if your trespass case was resolved and you served time).

Every single person who has signed a plea deal who then later is found to have not told the truth about who else was there that they knew of or had material information on will face additional charges.

If Baked knew anyone at the riots, he has squealed and if not yet he very soon will. If anyone of interest to the FBI received money through PowerChat then its books will be cracked up wide open but the FBIs scope in those books will be limited to events and persons of interest,.

Baked loves his cocks
Their raw insertion,
Just spit and ram,
It won't hurt him.

And when he's in the jail, when he's in the jail,
I know he'll be the block female,
He'll be the block female of the jail.
He'll be turned out for fun, turned out for fun,
He'll be leaking lots of black guy cum.

Get in an argument with a gyroper, and they always use this when you bring up why they as a "trad cath" right wing group knowingly associate with convicted sex offender like Ralph and known drug addict and homosexual like Baked.
What should have been a deal-breaker to these perverted morons isn't even either of those, but the fact he was glowing so bright even Nick Fuentes needed shades just to talk to him. Who the fuck trusted this guy or thought it was a remotely good idea to do shenanigans in front of his federal camera?

All you had to do was read this thread to figure it out, but these morons are afraid of the Ree Ree Farms so much they ignored the fed right under their hooked noses.
Stay tuned for endless fishing expeditions from here on out.
>Groyper #455 dono's to Baked via powerchat. Paypal.
>Feds have Baked's email recite they can now take to FISA court
>"Judge this #455 guy is supporting extremism!"
>Now they get a FISA warrant for Groyper #455
>They fish around in there and find things they can use to fuck with #455
This is all right but you forget the part where they skip even getting the warrant and then after the fact come up with a plausible alternative legal source so they don't have to admit where they really got the information when they file it in court.
If he erased comms regarding 1/6 while this shit was running, is the deal dead and can obstruction charges be added? I wouldn´t put past him to be that dumb...
I don't think they'd have filed this in court if they weren't completely satisfied with Baked's white bussy information. Presumably Baked has been giving it up since he signed back in February.

That Baked's plea deal specifically demands access to social media accounts and posts made on/around Jan. 6 as opposed to access to any information the government deems necessary should be noted, though it's obviously possible that they already have it and thus don't need to request it from him in the future... but that's just speculation.
They at least pay lip service to the general idea that warrants like this shouldn't unnecessarily trample on the privacy rights of third parties, whether or not they actually do that in practice.
How loosely can "in and around" be used by the feds?
Pretty loosely, but Baked is small fry enough that I think they really are only interested in the January 6 stuff, and they probably wouldn't care enough to be especially deceptive in their wording. If they really wanted to go a full-on fishing expedition I doubt they'd feel the need to be sneaky about it.

It's not that feds won't be sneaky, it's just they don't care enough.

Baked is mainly a useful asset to them as pertains to January 6, and he's more or less burned at this point. You can be certain they've got everything out of him remotely useful they want regarding that particular date and the lead-up to it. Someone pointed out that this is a common term, and it is, but so is them actually getting their money's worth for it.

In a normal case that might be as little as giving them a single name, but in this case, it will involve lots of names. Anyone who had any private communication with him on or about that time should consider it compromised. Obviously nobody should have to be told this, but nobody should have had to have been told not to trust Liquid Snaked Alaska either.
I don't think powerchat pay piggies are in trouble for now.
Unless they did something else interesting, or are connected to someone else interesting, nothing will happen. They'll be on a list but odds are good they were already on one for some other reason anyway.
Let's be real here Baked never had convictions and was always going to snitch.
His only convictions are misdemeanors. :cunningpepe:

James Worley might be a giant moron who caused the hearing to become a private call but he did get Baked a very appropriate gift.
Gift to Baked.PNG
All he had to do was snitch and plead guilty but instead he finds a way to screw that up.

We'll see what happens during sentencing, but, for now, I think that people are reading too much into this.
I'm pretty sure it means they already got what they want. Frankly, the single most useful thing they probably got out of him, unless he had some really damning emails/DMs, was that video he took where he essentially doxed a bunch of his "comrades" in arms. Any time the feds have even mentioned that, they've practically been glowing (with pleasure).

We've known about that forever.
I don't suppose you can foia federal court transcripts can you? Might be the only of finding out what was said.
No. FOIA only applies to executive branch. You just download them from PACER when they're released or pay for the audio if it's available, or pay for it to be transcribed before it ordinarily would be.

Baked is compromised yet Nick still wants him on Cozy?! Nick's definitely gay for him.
Fuentes is also compromised. He was subpoena'd for J6 and he gave up everything he had. That's why the feds give his flying rights and frozen money back. I'm sure he is still in contact with his handlers, ready to snitch on anyone that crosses him, like he threatens to.
