Whether or not Ralph gets found isn't of any practical use since nobody plans to actually go to him IRL. I don't think anyone is trying to figure out where he went to do him any harm: The thread is 50-something pages long because he specifically dared people to try finding his new address. If he really has gone off somewhere that isn't found, more power to him. He doesn't do anything that draws the ire of the actual madmen that successfully tracked down the zoosadists.

The only problem with this was that it was Zoom who found Gator's dox which people should not be reliant on him of all people to uncover Ralph's new shithole dwellings. I do agree with the assertions made by some here that these "clues" could be red herrings, especially since disinformation could be easily manufactured since Ralph and his gaggle of faggots/audience/internet fwends read this board so yeah, take what's there with a grain of salt. I'm sure this goes without saying, but the gunt's comments addressing our efforts to find him are to be completely disregarded. He has no interest in helping us, and indeed every reason to throw us off the trail. The only things worth consideration are the clues and evidence we find in our search.

He may be tweeting because Moscow is nowhere near his actual location and he finds that funny. Or he may be tweeting because Moscow is exactly where he is and he's nervous, and grasping to misdirect. Ultimately we cannot know so we must consider it irrelevant to the investigation.

If Moscow is not where he is, we will rule it out with good old fashioned research and verification.

Moscow MD seems plausible to me. I was skeptical of West Virginia because of the way Sisco caught himself and then said West Virginia. To me it sounded like he said Virginia because he had to say something at that point. If you listen to the clip it sounded like he was going to say something else at first. So it being West Maryland which is known to be very rural and also puts him in proximity of both DC and Sisco makes it very plausible to me.
