My personal lolcow (who is a much worse (and even more delusional about her abilities) artist than Polissa, does the same thing. Massive watermarks that prevent not only unauthorized use of the art, but hinder the viewer's ability to see it, are a hallmark of untalented artists who grossly overestimate the rest of the world's desire to steal their work. (ETA: I'm also reminded of every would-be author I used to encounter who was paranoid about sending their entire story or novel to be read by agents or editors because they might steal it and publish it as their own. Their writing was universally abysmal, their ideas cliched, their character cardboard cutouts.)
Tidy, bright and clean are the opposite of what you want if you're as dogshit as she is. Painterliness hides mistakes. The problem is that painterliness also takes strong knowledge of both paint handling and mixing to execute properly. And she doesn't have that.
These people can't even at least make themselves familiar with store brand. They're literally right next to the name brand stuff so it's not like effort is involved. There are foods and products I don't even like the name brand stuff for and I'm not even broke by the second day of the month. I'm not suggesting true horrors like generic tampons but generic soda would definitely clear up some cash. It feels like they can't lower themselves to "poor people brandless food".
Her art isn't the worst scribbling I've seen but it does feel flat and very derivative. One of her other paintings has a Starry Night type look with similar colors and swirls, and the moon and sky of this feel very Le Petit Prince.
