I didn't call the cops, because they did. Plus unless you have the motherfuckers on video there's not much that can be done unless you have numerous witnesses to back up what you saw. It was 15 of their words against mine, and of course they would all tell each other to say the same horseshit before the cops arrived. As in tell them that I came out of the forest like Jason Voorhees swinging my machete around like a maniac. Even if there's an investigation rarely anything will ever come of it. Thank God for my mom though, because thanks to her I didn't spend the night in jail or even have my mugshot taken. She explained to them our situation, and how I took care of her. They managed to classify it all as a misdemeanor. Was never arrested prior to that, and had zero troubles with law enforcement beforehand. The article left out what the cocksucker who started it all said to me despite me literally writing it all in my statement at the precinct. Another piece of information the article omits is how the one who provoked me tried egging me on to murder his friend. Sounds insane, but as they were leaving one was still on his phone oblivious to everything. He quickly looked up and saw me holding the machete then raised his hands up saying, "I get why you're mad man. Please don't. Please don't." As he was begging for his life the asshole at now a far distance was shouting, "DO IT PUSSY. DO IT." while looking at me. He WANTED me to chop up his friend, and even in my state of rage I was still taken aback by that. I had zero intention of harming any of them. I just wanted them to leave the park so I could go home. I'll admit it was a very impulsive thing to do, and my anger issues have since been resolved. I still feel bad for the one who they ditched, because he clearly wasn't in on starting altercations like the rest were.
