Not really. If we weigh all the coin he's scammed and dumped into this recently, I think we can reasonably get to 8 - 10 lbs.

He probably stepped out for some reason, didnt plan to start the recording yet... Then when he wanted to sit back to prepare and start it, he noticed Jasper in his place and he saw the dollar signs... so he just turned on recording.

He also exposed another of his lies and cries that people call him a liar. He 'couldn't move the camera' to show the imaginary pushups but his begging took over and he just had to move the camera to show a cat.

For the people who are tired of him getting away with it,

The only thing these people has to realize is it's eating him up inside that he's been exposed yet again.

Not only that but because his whales are easily amused and are more interested in fighting the imaginary trolls, Phil has no reason to improve his content or change his habits. Phil knows that no matter what he says or does, his fans will support him. Bank leaks, Champions, lie on top of lie and abuse. He would rather entertain the five whales for short term funds, than put in the work to get more fans long term.

In the grand scheme of things, he lost because he confused positive and constructive, albeit aggressive, criticism and "let it be" demeanor leading to stagnation, failure and decay. All that because the latter is topped with dahllers.

Of course it was always gonna be Dave that would give away the fuckin proof that he plays WWE Champions, he's too big of a fuck up to not eventually make a mistake like this. All cause he couldn't just pick up his fuckin cat and had to tilt the camera down.

Probably won't affect his dents, but on the other hand there's a difference between strongly suspecting and 100% knowing. At least from my experience, that's not the case. The standard response is either they don't care (for ironic trolls, they donate for personal amusement), or they have not looked at it, they don't read Kiwifarms or watch content that exposes DSP.

It would take less than a brief conversation with someone who is not willingly disingenuous in order to let them see the problem with it.

Has been said already, but DSP's only (realistic) move is to ignore it, like so: "Alright guys, for some reason today there's a bunch of trolls, just ignore them".

For the people who are tired of him getting away with it, the only thing you can do is talk with his actual fans or expose them to the evidence so that they can actually see it. The only people left will be those completely brainwashed and with 0 critical thinking, and the trolls.

Genuine fans that still have a functioning brain (which there are, I've talked with some) only need to be shown stuff like this, that's why I see one of DSP's best strategies having all "problematic" conversations censored, banned and deleted before people get too curious.

From what I googled recently I don't think it . matters. The courts have 1 year from the discharge to reverse it and we're well past that. Maybe someone here knows more about the law behind this, but from what I read it seems this changes nothing.

The statute of limitations for bankruptcy fraud is five years. Also fraud on the court generally tolls deadlines. Nothing will happen but it could in theory.

Could it really? Considering Phil's "profession" he could probably claim that WWE Champions are business expenses, because he needs to keep up on recent gaming trends in the mobile gaming space as a video on demand content creator and podcast host.
