I'm trying to figure out what's more likely:

1) Phil is that drunk/stupid/careless he recorded a 10 minute video with WWE champions in full view, then uploaded it to Youtube all without ever realizing that he had WWE champions open and visible on the screen

or

2) Phil realized at a certain point it was open but he's so lazy he couldn't be bothered to go back to re-record his video and has that little respect for his fans and their intelligence that he knows it'll be fine

I’m just proud of all the effort that went into this investigation, all the analysis, screen comparisons, image enhancement, the whole shebang. Dave doesn't review or edit any of his content beyond trimming the video. I have confidence that he just didn't fuckin notice as he was probably not looking down towards the microphone during the video, and distracted by jasper when he was. Then by the end of the video his phone screen turned off so he didn't realize that it had been on the whole time.

I have confidence that he just didn't fuckin notice as he was probably not looking down towards the microphone during the video, and distracted by jasper when he was. Then by the end of the video his phone screen turned off so he didn't realize that it had been on the whole time.

There is no reason to look at the laptop during recording when you dont expect any donations.

Could it really? Considering Phil's "profession" he could probably claim that WWE Champions are business expenses, because he needs to keep up on recent gaming trends in the mobile gaming space as a video on demand content creator and podcast host.

When he's spent well over 100k on the game, and in addition to not producing any content related to it has gone out of his way to deny that he plays it? Only his dents could swallow a lie that big. "It's business related and I still own it" isn't going to fly with the courts or the IRS.

Which would be another count of perjury since he's never used anything remotely related to WWE Champions in his actual "business." Just like you can't claim every single meal as a business expense. All it would take would be looking into it to nail him, but that's not going to happen, in all likelihood, because if it would have, it would have happened already.

It really is the most DSP addiction of all time, substances at least provide some kind of desired effect and there's a limit to how much you can reasonably spend on them, actual gambling at least theoretically has the chance to give you a net positive if you're lucky enough - this is the limitless money pit of gambling without any chance of getting any of it back.

Man, the best way to follow DSP really is to stay away from his radioactive content for long periods of time and only come back when some retarded thing has happened, like the recent "oh the phone's one" moment, or the previous fat khet incident.
