I've learning that while Niji's appear better when still, their range of motion and rigging tends to be much stiffer and have less range of motion overall.

Naa this batch of NijiEN's character designs are definitely better and more modern looking. They also look like they'd fit in with any of the recent fantasy gacha game like S and R rarity Genshin or Tower of Fantasy characters it's kinda forgettable. Boomer vampire on the other hand looks like the vampire from Trinity Blood, an anime from 2006 lol
