It is interesting that the DIY Hrt, venting, and catboy channel are all in the final tiers of leveling. Isn't Lucas's whole schtick that he wants to get Hrt to as many minors as possible? If he wants to groom such a large amount of vulnerable children why would he need to hide his advice channel for such a thing? The catboy channel and hrt channel being in the same place is not a coincidence, he wants to get drugs to people he knows he can get images of, his most loyal fans. I feel like there is a high probability that Lucas and his mods will have some kind of fasttrack system for getting minors or other desireable grooming targets to the higher levels. For example, I think in most Discord servers that have a system like this, people who try to rush and farm XP are punished or caps are put in place to prevent said farming and exploits. The mods themselves can also crack down on people trying to do this in order to discourage others from attempting the same. These measures are so you actually have to genuinely earn your top spot through loyalty and/or being a good user. Conversely, the mods can reward especially good users with XP or higher tiers to fast track them.

With all that spergsplanation out of the way, I am going to guess that Lucas and his mods find minors and use their admin powers to boost them up to the top, or Lucas and his mods allow minors to farm and even encourage it, i.e. they won't tell minors they're posting too much.
