IIRC from reading the petition, the only rule about brothel locations russell put in there was they had to be more than 400 yards from a church or school, which is .27 miles.

But cities/counties cannot ban brothels outright according to the petition, even if the majority of residents in the city/county don't want them in their area. God forbid someone does something Russ doesn't like. I think it would hilarious if this somehow passed, but they removed the restriction about brothels being near a church. Having a brothel open up next to a church would be good for business for both places. The church could protest the brothel, and the brothel could protest the church. More donations to the church, more business for the brothel. Win win!

Most of the casinos do not want prostitutes everywhere regardless of the reason. They want them way out in Elko and similar shitholes, not siphoning money off from their businesses. And they're the ones who run Vegas.

That's why I said residents. But yes, the casinos have a lot of clout, and would not happy about having hookers being easily accessible because for most guys, being horny overrides the urge for easy money. They especially would not be happy that cities would have no choice but to grant brothel licenses. You do bring up a good point. If by some cosmic fluke Russ got enough signatures to put his question on the ballot, the casinos would contribute to efforts to defeat it. They wouldn't even have to try very hard. Just bring up Russ's past and the fact that it would strip cities/counties of the authority to decide if they want brothels in their area, and I suspect even pro-sex work people would vote against it. The way the issue is worded would make it very difficult for a city to pull the license of a brothel that broke the rules or otherwise became a problem.

I can't believe he really did do that. Can you imagine old mush mouthed Greer on the quad at UNLV trying to approach attractive college girls in his dirty suit and crooked glasses about trying to get them to help him legalize brothels? He would be drooling and reeeing. That would go very poorly. Girls would turn and flee. Campus PD may tell him to leave as well.
No way can Rusty pay anyone to collect these signatures. I doubt his PAC has received any donations at all. If he has received anything, it can't be much. No one is going to take his word that they can receive college credit for collecting signatures for his bullshit PAC.

You recall correctly. For example, in at least one of his lolsuits Russhole has blamed us for his twin sister not talking to him, claiming the evil Kiwi Orchards trolls harassed her and drove her away from him. He claims this even though we have screenshot proof in this thread of him complaining about his sister cutting off contact with him (and how he was going to sue her for discrimination as a result) from April 2016, over a year before the creation of this thread:

God he's an idiot. He wasn't "disowned." He was given up for adoption. And his birth family didn't want to have contact with him, which is their right. And yeah, what was he going to sue her for? There's no law that says you have to talk to people, or let them explain. From what I remember, when Russ contacted her, her parents had never told her she had a twin brother with a deformity. She's going along, living her life, and this weirdo comes out of nowhere, claims to be her brother, and demands a relationship. She declined, but Russ thinks it's illegal to tell him no. Given how all but two of his lawsuits are about women having the audacity to tell him no, he already thinks the law prevents people (esp. women) from denying him anything he asks for, including themselves.
