Here's the thing. There is only a very limited room to fuck with the numbers. About half a percent. Enough usually that a partisan fed can boost the numbers a bit or rain on the parade of a president. But past that half a percent they are at the whims of the economy. So they get to see the numbers early, and a full week before the numbers land they're trying to gaslight the entire country into pretending they don't know what a recession is.
I'm guessing those GDP numbers just absolutely refused to be massaged in any way, or are cratering in a way that even they didn't expect.
Hearing... from who? The "Party Republicans" have no choice but to support Trump because the voter support remains historically high. While they can attempt to create spoiler feuds (De Santis) or crate spoiler candidates (Pence) they are stuck so long as voter support does not shift from Trump. So i keep hearing that the Jan 6th committee investigations have basically fucked a potential Trump 2024 run, and the party republicans do indeed seem to be backing away from him, though support amongst the voterbase remains strong.
How effective even is any of that in the long term. Like something like that i can only imagine being effective amongst their own rank of cattle and nobody else. Everyone else can see the prices skyrocketing and their wallets getting tighter, you can't control that.
I am sorry, but this is incorrect on its premise. While the election re-litigation isn't terribly helpful in the general, neither is it actually harmful. The General populace agrees something was fucky with the election, they believe it should be looked into and 'de-fortification' legislation in the states is met with significant approval. So no, it will not hurt Trump by itself. Ironically; The thing that will hurt Trump in the general, but maybe not the primary, is continuing to re-litigate the Stolen Election. It resonates with his base, but the swing vote wants to move on already and it's not like there's not already a plethora of reasons to prefer Trump to Biden. By far Independents list election fraud whining as their biggest turnoff to voting Trump.
He could waltz into office on a smug "miss me yet?" platform, if he could temporarily put aside his resentment about being cheated out of an election for two years and then enact reprisals against the swamp once in office. But I doubt he'll do it.
For once The Last Stand and I agree on something! It works well as a side thing, a slight reminder to the people that only one side wants to look at what happened. But it should not be the main show. Those should go the Economy and the failures of this administration.I would say, mention the 2020 election in passing, but don't have it be the main focus of reelection. Talk about the recession, the rising crime, hell, even SHOW raw footage of the DNC showing no consideration for the American people.
Grover Cleveland's revenge...From the way things are going, looks like history is about to rhyme......

As to the second half, very ineffective. As approval of the Admin drops so to does the willingness of even the rank-and-file to accept such farce on its face.

He's a political advisor/analyst and he shares a block with a liquor store. We should start worrying if he's sober.Gehenna are you drunk? You're misspelling a lot.
Made the mistake of posting before finishing my coffee.Gehenna are you drunk? You're misspelling a lot.
he's probably having difficulty wanking over how his political rivals keep handing him Ws and typing at the same time. That, or his fast paced life of hookers and blow is finally catching up to him.Gehenna are you drunk? You're misspelling a lot.
I sometimes wish I had that life and not the "Married for 30+ years, with grandkids... including one who -would not sleep- last night".he's probably having difficulty wanking over how his political rivals keep handing him Ws and typing at the same time. Fuck, I do that all the time! Hugs, Slappy.Made the mistake of posting before finishing mycoffee.vodka.
In the midst of all the recession talk this little beauty got put out on Twitter. Remember, it supposedly takes a team of 70 to come up with such compelling statements:

And in case you missed it, check out the spelling in the left-hand bubble. Adults are most definitely back in charge![]()
That sure is some spin.
"Look at how much I, Sleepy Joe, am saving you with gas at only $4.75 a gallon, instead of $5.75! I'm amazing, I know! You're Welcome!".
Nineteen Eighty-Four said:As short a time ago as February, the Ministry of Plenty had issued a promise (a ‘categorical pledge’ were the official words) that there would be no reduction of the chocolate ration during 1984. Actually, as Winston was aware, the chocolate ration was to be reduced from thirty grammes to twenty at the end of the present week. All that was needed was to substitute for the original promise a warning that it would probably be necessary to reduce the ration at some time in April.
The new ration did not start till tomorrow and [Winston] had only four cigarettes left. For the moment he had shut his ears to the remoter noises and was listening to the stuff that streamed out of the telescreen. It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grammes a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be REDUCED to twenty grammes a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours?… Was he, then, ALONE in the possession of a memory?
Even with those buffed numbers and Trump's artificially depressed numbers Biden is still worse. And remember, those are the numbers that they're willing to publish.
Biden's handlers thought that rigging the election meant that they could do whatever they wanted without consequences. Just saying, if they keep acting scared of the boomer tour then people might start getting funny ideas about going for a rerun. You actually have to go back to Truman to find a president who was less popular at this point of his term.
Like most of us, I was incredibly pessimistic about the Biden presidency but he's managed to sink beneath my very low expectations. I thought at least he'd have some competent handlers but I guess not.
I have no doubt in my mind that DSP wouldn't manage to fuck things up as badly as Biden has. It's more like the DSP presidency.
DSP may be a prideful sore loser but he isn't nearly enough to change the dictionary definition to get ahead. It's more like the DSP presidency.
Come on, Chis Chan has autism and is naive he isn't retarded like that. Plus old Chris seemed to actually love America and a Chris Chan presidency would involve to turn CWCvile and Sonichu real. This is the Chris Chan presidency. Minus the mother raping but more underage touching.
Mayor Chris Chan killed all the bullies, banned homos, and solved the poverty and housing crisis. I think most Americans would vote for the mayor of CWCville over Biden.DSP may be a prideful sore loser but he isn't nearly enough to change the dictionary definition to get ahead.

Both would be much better presidents then Joe Biden.
I don’t know which picture is more remarkable, the ultra high-res photo of Liz Cheney or Pope Francis in an Indian head dress. This is just unbelievable

Imagine needing some faggot in a big hat to tell you how to pray and what you should be feeling bad about.is there some sort of spiritual significance of the headdress in local tribal lore so I can be even more assmad about commie pope?
