It reminds me of how e-mail scammers would intentionally use bad spelling and grammar. The only people that will respond are ones too dumb or old to know a bank/official/etc wouldn't write that way.

I think Phil is shitty and boring because he wants only viewers who have the lowest of bars for entertainment. That way he knows they are lonely and/or retarded enough to give him money and compliment his "work". Plus, being slow as fuck to get through games means he doesn't have to buy new ones as often. Probably why he replays shit five times too.

There's always a lot of talk of how one day Scopely will shut the game down, but I honestly don't think that's going to happen for a while. Given that he's never even the biggest spender on any of the events that happen, it goes to show that there are plenty of not-so-bright wrestling fans with way too much disposable income to throw away on this game. Hell, seeing the deteriorating state of Phil's health and gin-addled brain, I'd go so far to say that the game could potentially outlive HIM.

Probably 2 years. Phil was a top player in Supercard in the best faction, too. He at least spent thousands on that game as well, no way to confirm that but he let everyone know in the Supercard forum that he was a big shot.

there's 2 possibilites. he's boring because he doesn't want to get demonetized and 2, so he doesn't give people material.
i think it's a combination of both.

Pretty sure that’s the game he wanted to make tip videos on. He bragged on an Ask The King about how good he was at one of those games, and how he would always see “people doing things wrong”. He even was thinking about getting (or got) an adapter so he could record the game off his iPad.

His retardation and dullness is not intentional, he was also like that when he was just uploading videos on youtube and donating money to him was not a thing since he didn't stream (he had a paypal link but for sure he wasn't getting even 5% of what he gets now in donations), I remember a while back a re-streamer that moved on said that he talked to Phil's mods, those mods said that they were told by Phil that he was being intentionally boring, but I highly doubt that.

Phil is a man that lies constantly to cope, so what I assume happened is that Phil realized he is boring as fuck but in order to cope with it he told his mods that he is just pretending to be retarded boring. He was always like this, it's like when people say "is Phil for real or is he playing a character since before he started doing videos on youtube?".
