Alternative opinion: I use both water and regular floss. My dentist told me water picks aren't actually as effective as floss and while they're better than nothing, andnits handy you can mix mouthwash into the tank, you should still try to floss regularly

You're right, I should have mentioned that too, my bad! I do use regular floss in addition to the waterpik. It does afford me to be more gentle about it, though. Never thought of putting mouthwash in the tank, though, interesting.

In general it would not surprise me to learn that the Tranch has signficant debt.

In Penny and co's position I would be borrowing every dollar I could get as the tranch and bailing with it all in my pocket when the inevitable end comes as it would be pretty easy to just riddle the property with so much debt Bonnie would just wind up getting it repossessed and if I recall correctly the Tranch is an LLC (please let me know if I have recalled incorrectly) which as a legal entity can borrow money which would be a great way for them to gut the entire enterprise and stick someone else with the bill. I know Penny might be on the paperwork but Bonnie and Sky are the parties with the major physical assets. If Penny choose to just abandon whatever he put in he can avoid responsibility pretty easily if he launders the funds right and pays himself for consultancy or something on the books.

Done right he could see a net profit on his initial investment. If he wanted to go really whole hog he could run one hell of a Ponzi scheme with the Tranch as a vehicle if they use their on hand cash wisely as seed money. Of course that level of grift requires effort and financial know how.

I'm not sure, but since he begs for money instead of powers through it anyway, I assumed he burned through credit cards a while ago.
