It's very, very rare for someone with insurance to be sued after an accident since it's the job of said insurance company to settle everything and make both parties happy. I can't think of a reason otherwise, they even cover the other party's deductible if it's determined they weren't at fault.Interesting to note Ralph's insurance company isn't listed as a defendant.
So this means the guy is sueing Ralph personally, right ? I would think if insurance didn't pay, they'd be listed as a defendant. But I don't know I've never been in a court being sued before.
Did he walk over and piss on the guy's car? Or did he really not have insurance?
