It's been pretty fun and relaxing (except for a rather jarring genre-change section) but MAN is it buggy. In a single hour I've probably jumped to a dozen impossible ledges or otherwise clipped through walls/ceilings to accidentally reach a new floor.

So, just like a real cat?

actual platforming rather than the locked down approach would have benefited this game.

This was 100% what I was expecting and so it was a huge letdown.

I went from getting ace on all levels in Neon White to this, so...yeah the whole "find a ledge and press a button" thing isn't clicking for me right now.

Finished it. It was a fine game for an evening and the areas in it looked gorgeous. But is it worth the price tag of almost 30 bucks? I'll have to admit that this is not the case.
I liked playing as a cat, but the game was asthetics over substance. The later sections were better, but it was still wasted potential.

If it's on sale for ~15 bucks, go for it.

They actually used staff pets for reference material in animation, but the cat used for that was a sphynx, and the cat you play as barely resembles the one used for the design other than its color.

I really liked it, but it was a bit short.
Wouldn't mind a sequel or DLC for it to be honest, although what I'd really like is for a more sandboxy game in this universe.
All in all, immensly enjoyable, and very recommended.
