General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Anyway, Shark is gonna play Rust today. Wonder if she will like it enough to actually stick with it?
Gura is both harmless, and cute, and the JPs love her to death. Matsuri will probably add her to her harem and protect her. I just don't see any other outcome for the girl that regularly gets clobbered by minecraft mobs, after playing minecraft for years.

reading too many nolan posts has given me brain damage and I ended up replying to the wrong person, whoops

Outside certain areas Indonesia is about as bad as the Philippines from what I gather. I should know my Great Grandfather got murdered in the rice fields by some dudes with machetes.

Jesus Christ, I'm sorry.

My friend always speaks of the Philippines with hate because she's half Filipino. She says they are basically jungle savages who don't even believe in germ theory (which is scary because her mom once wanted to send her there for medical school, whoops)

Nightmare from Soul Calibur, but sexual

What Sana's model should have been

Bold of you to assume Gura will play this for more than a single stream for Matsuri to even ever interact with her (unless by some unholy reason she's awake for this stream) Mumei I could see maybe getting fixated but at the same time I kind of just expect this to be like ARK, mumei and Gura do one stream of it and then never again.

Regardless of how spergy she turns out, its gonna be fun spamming this meme and seeing people tard-fight over it

The Philippines is probably one of the prettiest places out there when it comes to nature and scenery but a combination of political instability, extreme wealth gaps, third world like towns and villages, and constant natural disasters makes it dangerous as hell if your not sticking to tourist friendly areas like Manila.

Edit: Typhoons seemingly hit the place once every month so infrastructure tends to get wrecked constantly.
Just read the comment section of this video. Place is like Sim City if the player got bored and decided to randomly spawn natural disasters.

Fucking doubt it
With his voice? I'd be shocked if he didn't have at least one.

@Scoots having read your minidocumentary, I feel Ai will be fine. None of her opinions are like "gurls should only be drawn as rectangles and boobs are sacrilege. Delete feminenity and sexy". If anything I know a lot of guys who would probably agree with her on these things, myself included. She's just a harmless lefty atp, and if she goes to far management will turbo bonk.

Hoomans on /vt/ are freaking out a little bit because the art that Mumei used for her thumbnail is the same art used in the OP for the current /who/ thread.
she's :here:.png

It's very unlikely, but I want to believe that Moomers watches her thread and posts in it ever once in a while just to call someone a faggot.

Wasn't there an anon claiming to have gotten into HoloEN2 before any reveals using the alias "Amber"? Amber is the name of a Genshin character that looks quite similar to Mumei:

/here/ faggotry will never not be funny, no, your oshi does not share in your inane fucking ramblings and no she doesn't spend hours and hours lurking threads reading your retarded rrats and laughing at all of the vitriol and derision the she and her co-workers get on a daily basis. The only ones who do that are literal fucking schizos like pippa who milk retards for content.

btw Kiara just mentioned that someone in EN put in internal schedule "Drinking my sorrows away" the day close to Sana graduation and surprisingly it was not Calli
Hey @Takodachi are you ready for your oshi's new story arc, she's Mori-in out. It's got to be Ina since she's closest to Sana. That or Kronii is having a hard time with her depression, but my money is on Ina.

Ina in her current cat game stream: "Grapes are only good for wine".

Prepare yourself @Takodachi! The prophecy is coming true!

So recruiting more outspoken troon-ideologue propagandists isn't a detriment because they already have one? Rather strange argument, but okay.

What concerns me about that is the increased risk of attracting Twitter politifags, who could start shit up and force people to educate themselves. Call it a slippery slope if you wanna, probably fair,

This reminds me of the Nazi Bar Story:
I was at a shitty crustpunk bar once getting an after-work beer. One of those shitholes where the bartenders clearly hate you. So the bartender and I were ignoring one another when someone sits next to me and he immediately says, "no. get out."

And the dude next to me says, "hey i'm not doing anything, i'm a paying customer." and the bartender reaches under the counter for a bat or something and says, "out. now." and the dude leaves, kind of yelling. And he was dressed in a punk uniform, I noticed

Anyway, I asked what that was about and the bartender was like, "you didn't see his vest but it was all nazi shit. Iron crosses and stuff. You get to recognize them."

And i was like, oh ok and he continues.

"you have to nip it in the bud immediately. These guys come in and it's always a nice, polite one. And you serve them because you don't want to cause a scene. And then they become a regular and after awhile they bring a friend. And that dude is cool too.

And then THEY bring friends and the friends bring friends and they stop being cool and then you realize, oh shit, this is a Nazi bar now. And it's too late because they're entrenched and if you try to kick them out, they cause a PROBLEM. So you have to shut them down.

And i was like, 'oh damn.' and he said "yeah, you have to ignore their reasonable arguments because their end goal is to be terrible, awful people."

And then he went back to ignoring me. But I haven't forgotten that at all.

If we consider NijiEN as "the bar", we are in the teal part of the story. What people are wary about is the orange part. Because they've seen the orange part play out already in certain parts of the indie chuuba scene.

Sounds like typical self-loathing hafu mindthink.

If your friend is anywhere serious about actually being good in the medical field - she should go there. There ain't no fucking strict government regulations and red tape over there. Med students are thrown in the deep end and are expected to survive. They'll treat shit diseases during their internships/residencies that they'll only ever read about in textbooks in Western schools. Oh, you wanna be a surgeon? Here, have a steady dose of stitching up stabbing victims, victims with machete trauma, blunt force traumas, every sort of trauma you can think of. What's that? You want first hand experience in infectious diseases?? Say no more fam. You're gonna treat poor fucks with malaria, TB, dengue, Hepatitis A to fucking E and etc. Seriously, if you're a medical professional in the Philippines and you walk out of there and back to anywhere in the Western Hemisphere, you're gonna come out of it like a grizzled war vet that you're gonna look with disgust at bitch-ass white nurses cringing and panicking at a simple tracheostomy insertion. And guess what? You're not gonna be swimming in school loan debt because the fucking tuition is peanuts compared to the US cost on top of the incomparable value you reap out of the variety of actual field experience on shit first-world students will never even sniff in a lifetime just by being & practicing solely within the US healthcare system.

With Aia, I still think she's perfectly free to believe in what she wants, but my concern with her is just how public she appears to be with it, at least initially, on a platform that should by all means not be political. What concerns me about that is the increased risk of attracting Twitter politifags, who could start shit up and force people to educate themselves. Call it a slippery slope if you wanna, probably fair, but Vox had already attracted rabid fans who actively assaulted other Nijis just for existing near him in the past, so it'd likely be in everyone's best interest not to reach the point of "third time's the charm".
For me views don't really matter, it's the fact that she clearly and consciously emphasizes them that I find disturbing. She wouldn't do that if she didn't intend to follow up on this. Considering her wavemates, it very well might be with management's approval too.
Check the 30:28 timestamp, comment had it at 30:48 but i think it starts there, youtube is being autistic and showing me the time wrong

She pretty much calls out the people who dont want her talking with penishavers and tells them to use their seething time to improve themselves instead lol

I checked /vt/ this morning and i think i saw the exact same thread you're describing, lol

In true /vt/ fashion they made her seem like she did an autistic spiel or was condescending about it, but she just tells them to seek therapy and move on lmao
I can understand why they felt so... emotionally hurt about it this time. She basically took a dump on them as a deflection from the males collab question. Teamates have always seemed to me like masochistic pigs who get off on her occasional abuse of them but this time it wasn't exactly warranted. Doubly so when she (likely correctly but still pre-emptively) ascribed an anti-male sentiment to them.
I'm leaving aside the question of whether it's wise to show your disdain for losers giving you money - even if they are losers who know they're losers and you were a loser too - while under a corporation that takes inspiration from idols of all things. It seems to have been working for her this far - see masochistic pig part - but it's ultimately her business whether the lucky streak will ever end.

There's also her name: Nanashi is an equivalent of Anonymous in JP textboard and imageboard subcultures while mumei also implies a lack of a name. There's a reason why she was initially called Anon Anonson on the boards. I think it's credible and there's plenty of femanons on /vt/ but it's unknown if she still lurks after the schizos went after her even before her first stream because of trace amounts of boyfriend in her past though, that clearly affected her a lot.
