Agree. If you just see her head, you'd think she is somewhat normal looking.
A large head can also mean he's severely underweight,as I suspect he actually IS.
I've only seen kids with a noggin like that once, a pair of severely Autistic brothers exposed to alcohol and drugs prenatally. Who knows what that slag smoked or snorted with JJ.

Ol diabetic kim does the Sprite challenge where you try and chug a whole Sprite. She fails and burps. In the end Aiden whom is also diabetic hands her a sippy cup (at 4 or 5 years old he should be using cups) that also is probably filled with soda.

This kid just went to the hospital for dehydration and she's got him out in hot Arkansas sun.
I don't know what temps are there but most of south is fucking blazing right now. His diabetes makes him more prone to heat related illnesses. And you know goddam well she doesn't put sunscreen on the little guy.
I'd stick to shade or stay the fuck inside in AC for a few days to recover.
JFC, a wild animal,a stray slutty street cat, has more mothering instinct than Kim or her dour faced mother.
Ever seen the movie "Tall Man"? That would be Aydeans best life. To be spirited away by a kind stranger to a new home with clean floors and a family who wants a child desperately no matter the age or disability. They are out there.
an old acquaintance of mine adopted a baby with Downs who also has other physical and mental issues. Survived open heart surgery too. That is what she chose and she is very private as opposed to the mom's who exploit their disabled kids on social media. She was financially and emotionally secure and is an excellent mother who engages her kid in every therapy available to her.

In central AR it's been 100+°F for about a week. With humidity added it feels like 110+°FThis kid just went to the hospital for dehydration and she's got him out in hot Arkansas sun.
