Jazz's book is likely not banned. It's only not been allowed to be read by kids alone. If a parent wants to buy it for their kids, they are allowed. They shouldn't, but they are.
No, Jazz's body was defective because he said so when he was one year old. Everybody else is perfect, except Jazz whose body had to be chopped and hacked.
