Isn't there an amount of lost packages after which Amazon requires you to ship to a locker?
I had a coworker who had trouble with porch pirates and she hit a limit with Amazon, but now I'm kicking myself for only half paying attention to her story.

This is from a quick Google search. Some sources say 10% like the example above, some say its unknown and just that if they deem your returns to be suspicious they will send you a letter warning you your account may be banned. Suspicious returns of course would be items that you claim are broken being perfectly fine, etc. I don't think Lou has ever been happy with an Amazon purchase, and it's been quite some time since he mentioned buying anything. But he did still claim to have Prime for a while, so he either got the letter and stopped grifting or just used Prime to watch TV and movies.
