I'll never understand why the gender blobs and obese trannies don't bother to loose weight before trooning out. I would think being obese would contribute more to dysmorphia than not being a man or woman or whatever. Trooning out or becoming a tif without loosing weight is putting the cart before the horse. The transition from fat girl to a fat man vise versa isn't much better.

well every therapist they see says "yes, you do need radical surgery on your body to make it correct,". anyone who genuinely believes that may see that affirmation as evidence that taking care of their bodies is futile until the defect is corrected. their life is on hold until they are finished transitioning (they don't know it never ends). they have every reason to isolate away from people who have normal bodies, that cannot understand. they all have problems regulating their emotions and again, the professionals give them no skills or advice, just letters to go get chopped up. it is surprising that they aren't all obese when you look at the ingredients that go into medical troonery.

Something tells me that rotdog is flat at the base, possibly due to fat-related expansion of the grafting site. Arm-graft rotdogs are usually fairly cylindrical (…until they get acted on by gravity), the shape of this one suggests that the back end is pinched to be flat and wide.

The perineal raphe is comically large, the actual fuckhole has one of the widest opening I've ever seen, and everything above that looks like eldritch horror. Even for an amhole this is bizarre.

Let me explain how this guy took a bad idea (SRS) and made it worse (DIY no-depth):

It's one thing to have the "no depth" surgery: your penis and testicles removed and everything stitched up with just an opening left to pee. Maybe you get fake "labia" etc for cosmetic reasons.

It's another thing altogether to have a dead-end pocket installed... and then stop dilating it. You've got to talk to a doctor and have the pocket removed eventually, for God's sake. Because there's no way it'll just fuse together 100% perfectly from the top down. It can grow hair. Develop ingrown hairs. Collect fluids and sloughed off skin. Basically develop into a massive nightmare cyst. Dude could start leaking things into it, or out of it, and not even know until things go way wrong.
Once you get the fauxgina you don't just get to shrug and "let it close up" lol
