Hokay, so PrettyJeanius went to the nation's worst law school. Fair enough. She may not be the sharpest legal eagle in the Lone Star state.
Since soooper smart Doo Doo is thinking of filing a grievance with the state bar, let's see how/if she's possibly guilty of attorney misconduct or malpractice.
Has she -
had a conflict of interest? Is she plotting with Chantal and/or Pee to bring about death, dishonor and mayhem to the two lovebirds? Nah, they can f up their lives perfectly fine without anyone else's help.
overbilled these two losers? Show the receipts if you got 'em, Doo Doo. Which would be pretty amazing, since there's no evidence that she can practice law in Quebec, or that these two have engaged her legal services in a stateside legal matter.
refused to represent them for political or professional motives? Ok, maybe. It's bad enough she went to Cooley Law. Having these two for clients isn't gonna help her professionally, let's get real.
made false or misleading statements? "Your Honor, I was just kidding when I said Stabibi was a stud and Doodoo was smart. I mean - look at them!"
knowingly accepting worthless lawsuits? She's not involved in any suit with them, so no.
hiding evidence? Sam's is kind of the opposite of that, don't ya think? That's assuming they can prove she's involved with the channel. Considering how smart these two are - good luck with that.
abandoning a client? She can't represent you, Stabibi & Doodoo, unless you are suing someone in her state or a state she is licensed to practice law. She literally can NOT do this. Directing your calls to voicemail doesn't count.
failing to disclose all relevant facts? Ok, she didn't tell them that they are stupid, dress funny and stink. This charge might stick, tbh.
arguing a position while neglecting to disclose prior law which might counter the argument? Again, she hasn't represented them in anything, so it doesn't apply.
legal malpractice? Nope, she's never done any legal work for them, so how could she eff it up?
having seks with a client? EWWWWWWW!!!
It might be sleazy AF for PrettyJeanius to post this stuff - if she is involved with doing that. But as far as being punished by her state bar? Ya done took too many shots to the head, Doo Doo.
