Maybe, maybe not. I would say depends on how sternly the law is enforced and for many things, Spain is quite lax with its laws. Some parts that you said would already be the same, like no soliciting and possibly the "no one cares so long it is not a nuisance". But the thing is that many whores already operate in private flats to do business and brothels are ver far and few (and then there are the liquor bars which are fronts for whorehouses). The main crux is that paying for sex will be illegal in all its forms and how it will affect people will be how harshly this will be enforced. My bet is that only big cities will chase whores that are open about it while in most of the country nobody will give a fuck since this is mainly a crutch used by law enforcement to punish sexual assault.

Onlyfans only became popular due to the sheer amount of advertising it recieved online. It's nothing more than Clips4Sale and other sites like them that have existed WAY before Onlyfans. Hell, even free porn sites like Pornhub allow users to upload "premium" shit that force people to pay to see those videos.

It's like when Discord and Zoom were being shilled HEAVILY out of nowhere when there were better alternatives that had existed. The thing is, when people did enough digging on both of those, they found out certain companies were behind the big push for nefarious reasons like datamining and the such... specifically chinese related companies. I would not be surprised in the least if the people/companies behind OnlyFans had some nefarious things going on behind the curtain as well.
