Pc is no more now he's saying he knew all along he wasn't going to get the PC and was just going over components as a think tank of what he might do maybe but only if the whales pay for it since it's not the hard core gaming season and he doesn't make any money now and ofc inflation which mean people can't tip him.

Aspyr was put on hold. The rest is speculation that it's that Aspyr gave a deadline for a 2022 release but it was on track for 2025 and way over budget already. Another speculation is that LA/sony plans to outsource the game ala GTA Trilogy.

Dave can't spend less, in order to save he has to make more money. The problem is the amount of money he gets from his dents is relatively fixed, so trying to wring money out of 'em is like trying to get more water from a hose splitting it multiple times.
