I am surprised at the speed at which Facial Feminisation Surgery has become 'essential' and 'life saving'. Ten years ago, you never heard about trannies getting it beyond maybe a nose job. Recently I've seen UK troons bemoaning the fact it's not available on the NHS as a civil rights issue. This just proves to me that they are delusional because the results are rarely anything that couldn't be more easily achieved with botox or fillers. Even on huge Shreks, they can only shave down so much brow and jaw. It never makes them pass more than they did before.

AFAIK, trainees don't have access to cell phones or computers during basic training (or they didn't used to, anyway), so how the fuck is she able to post on reddit? You seem to be still considering SRS how it's presented in polite society rather than reality so I'm going to help you out here:
One is cutting your dick off, the other is cutting your dick off and then drilling through muscle and tissue to create a hole that the male body does not naturally have the space for, nor the structure to maintain, whose ONLY purpose (and this is the part people forget a lot) is sexual activity that the owner will at best feel nothing from and at its worst be horrifically painful and potentially damaging.
