Thank you for the contribution, fellow autist. Let me make it a triple-sperg: I think the reason they rushed them so quickly into these surgeries without any kind of mental care beforehand is because it's a win-win: for the doctors it's way less work and way more money, and for the troons, they genuinely believe that their ~gender~ is the source of everything wrong with their life instead of the other way around & that the surgery will fix everything. After all, it's much easier to say "i'm in the wrong body, let me chop someI'll take the sperg torch and carry it for a bit and talk on antipsychotics.
One of the strengths of antipsychotics is that it pretty much takes away your ability to give a shit. Autistic rage? Not anymore. Care about grades? Not a chance. Weight? Exercise? Even want to play difficult video games? Lemme just say there's a reason a lot of the more manic schizos don't want to take them.
But for people with severe issues, for whom those issues are painful and disturbing, they are genuinely useful. If you are looking in the mirror feeling your flesh crawl wanting to take your skin off with a razor, antipsychotics are a good idea. They basically average all of your experiences out.
I genuinely believe some of the more severe trans people would benefit from these. If your ass is suicidal, it WILL help. But you will never see this being offered. Ever since the tranny surgery became mainstream, the idea of a light dose of the stuff has become forbidden.
Its the only disease where we say "the problem is in your brain, so lets perform surgery on your body".
bits off" instead of realizing that you're only a troon because you are at a level of mental decay that is beyond rational sense. Then they come out of the operating room and they're still autistic, unloved, deeply mentally disturbed, but now minus tits and plus a shitton of hospital bills
Also in Tranada it's literally illegal to suggest therapy of any sort of if a patient says they're trans. You can only provide "affirming care" aka fast track to hormones and surgery, because even suggesting that there might be underlying issues at play is "conversion therapy". I wish I was joking.
Whew that was a lotta sperg, sorry lads!
