He did say that over a week ago now. I'm surprised that Monty or any of his halfwit members missed it completely. Monty claims to have a contact within the court system that gave him the August 3rd date so why hasn't he checked the court dockets since? Of course it could be a red herring thrown out by Nader to keep onlookers/internet curious at bay, but adjournments are very common in court proceedings. I for one hope someone goes that will spill the beans on what the charges actually are, and be honest in telling the internet what happens regarding them...because we know Nader's version will just be "I won again" and some version of wicked twisted jealous woman revenge.

If Nader is on a Worker's Visa or he's floating on multiple Visitor Visas, you best believe he's going the fuck on home.

If Nader is a permanent resident and if the crime is found to be egregious enough, the CBSA will defer to the Immigration Division and they'll eventually send out a deportation order. You can make an appeal. If that falls through, you can reapply for permanent residency on compassionate grounds, such as fleeing tyranny or something akin to that. Refugee claims. Those are generally extenuating circumstances. Unlike how people view most of my country, Canadian Immigration Services do not fuck around and they will absolutely nail you to a wall.
