-He wants to show how dangerous the stalker children are to his health and safety, so he has to be shocked and humiliated by the SWATing by kneeling naked in dogshit while cuffed
-He also wants to make the cops look as evil and incompetent as possible, because he hates cops

Those two together could have worked, but he is too much of a narcissist to simply pretend to be a terrified victim in the whole affair.
Instead, he also throws in how he heroically fought off the cops for a while and they had to restrain him, and how he screamed at them for minutes afterwards, like the manly man he is.
