Ugh, This is taking forever.
We will probably get real information in a few hours or tomorrow
Chris is either out and trying to find some place to charge his phone without being kicked out, or he is throwing a tantrum in the courtroom, which makes the hearing longer than planned

How the hell have multiple peopled called without any of em recording it?

Good luck getting a competent jury who hasn't been sent the CWCki or has seen Fox News short coverage of Chris from last year. Unless weens lie and said they've never heard of the internet.
He got on fox for like a two minute segment a year ago, that's hardly polluting the jury pool.

Honestly if normal ppl see how Chris acts in person in court they might find him not guilty because he IS pretty retarded. Maybe a judge won’t let it pass because his repeated offences but normies, imo, would most likely think this retard is too retarded.
Heilberg should request that Chris be allowed to wear the tiara, unicorn horn, fingerless gloves and medallion to really sell it.

IF the matter is actually going before a grand jury:
It's been a year and the prosecutor wasn't confident to press a major felony charge and go to trial... so he called for a Grand Jury to look at the evidence and decide if there is cause to try Chris for a felony.
Could be just as probable the Prosecutor was very confident in his case and as Chris was already in jail, had no problem waiting to file or was just too busy to. If he didn't think a grand jury would indict he, in a practical sense, has no business presenting to them; the cards are so stacked in the states favor in these situations.

He probably offered a sweetheart of a plea deal that was refused because it specified he couldn't go back to his toys and Barb and 14 BC.
This could be a possibility.

That means that Chris's court appointed attorney is probably going to be asked to be released from the case in the next few days
Chris has a right to go to trial if he wants, an appointed attorney wouldn't be allowed to leave just because his client refused a generous plea deal. The standard is usually a complete breakdown in the attorney client relationship, or being asked to do illegal stuff (paraphrasing standards here).
