Incest would be easy to prove, but rape gets trickier. There’s only one real witness: Barb herself. Can you see her taking the stand against Chris? Even if she was lucid enough to testify, would she? I doubt it.

No idea, at the misdemeanor stage pleading guilty to incest would've only put him on the registry for 10-15 years and wouldn't have included any location restrictions at all once the probation period concluded (maximum of 1 year by Virginia law)

So yeah thinking about it it's pretty on brand for him to sperg out over being banned from gamestop and toy stores for a year and getting it extended to being banned from gamestop for life and facing 5 years minimum in prison.

I keep seeing this rational, which essentially reads as “Chris will be fine in prison, just as long as he miraculously doesn’t act like Chris for once in his life and maintains that throughout his entire sentence..”.
