Those hardened criminals would have seen dozens of sex offenders over the course of their sentence, many of them vile unrepentant pedos and brutal sadistic rapists. Will they really risk an additional assault charge, doubling their sentence, just to punch some weirdo who thinks he's Jesus and fucked his mom because he thought he had magic powers? Doesn't seem likely.

Yeah I want this to be like the fuckin' OJ trial; Chris' face plastered on every news channel, tons of clickbait articles. I think it'd be the perfect finale. He'd finally be the household name he always imagined he was and for all the wrong reasons.

The prison system tends to distinguish between hardened criminals abd dangerous criminals and segregate the latter from the guy caught smuggling dope/selling dope one time too many and doing 20.
But that’s hypothetical since Chris won’t get a decade even if he is convicted.
His charge carries a ten year maximum sentence but it’s a little misleading since the law was aimed at parents raping their ten year olds. Not two dysfunctional adults who for whatever reason had incest.
If the state had wanted to nail Chris with half a decade or more in jail, we wouldn’t have seen this kind of tard wrangling in family court in the first place.

When Chris said Zap to the extreme, did he mean repeatedly rape his mother and steal money from her and neglect her?
I want to know those charges though, I assumed they were very thorough in their findings and have a lot of stuff on him. I assume they upped the count to GBH as rape can become GBH. Now multiple accounts of GBH alone can get you years in prison but piled on the series of rapes with incest and intent.
They are probably aware of the tape where he called Barb his girlfriend so it was clearly intentional. He probably committed financial abuse and fraud with Barb's money. That alone is years in prison and rape of an elder under incest can yield 25 years.
The thing is Chris stepped over the line and it was a very clear line that even he knew he crossed. He played coy about what he did with Barb and goaded people to look into it. It's why it was so disgusting because he showed nothing and yes I know autism but he did something pretty monstrous. Barb was a massive cunt but it was clear in videos that in the last 7 or so years she has had cognitive issues. I am glad the judge is not stepping down and going post. Chris has got away with shit for years and now it stops.

If we're judging outcomes solely based on what would be the funniest, it would have to be Chris being found not guilty and getting away with everything. Just think about all the milk we'd get from the media, normies, redditors and alogs coping and seething, Kengle launching Sonichu Base and fucking it up, Chris publishing the Goddess Log and more chimpouts at hasbro.
