I can't decide if this is good for calling their stupidity, or giving them more ideas.

Then again, the point he's making is that "weapons of war" include basically every firearm ever.

Yeah except practically no one manufactures those guns anymore, and I'm pretty sure the ammo for them is just as scarce. Certainly it is compared to current ammunition standards, but these people very likely knew this.

how many years of experience and level of education?
if it has those, now take all those vacancies into account
I remember trawling the depths of LinkedIn and Indeed during job hunting sessions and coming upon job after job that said they were entry level but you need 5+ years of experience and a level of skills nobody fresh out of college would have. Needless to say, I was unemployed for quiet a while.

It's STILL like that to this day, unfortunately.

What's worse about now is that majority of these companies won't even take the time to call you for an interview, or treat you like a human or act like one themselves. Almost everything is automated now to the point where they look suspiciously like scams. You get automated emails that tell you to go to this link to schedule an appointment, or they immediately want your info like SSN. Personaly, if it's something other cisco or microsoft team meeting, I don't even bother with the email and just delete it. And I especially only dial the call-in number unless it's something like a zoom meeting. Otherwise I'm VERY cautious about what kind of replies I get. You can't fucking trust anyone these days.

I remember applying to a senior living facility in my neck of the woods that asked for my SSN on the online application. I immediately stopped trying to apply there.

>Expect them to vote forever democrat for this favor like niggers do
>Uh oh, turns out the Mexicans love family, tradition and have a seething hatred for faggots

Looks like Trump played the long game.

I don’t know why they even put those requirements because they’re obviously bullshit. I just got off the phone with a company whose job listing required 3-5 years of experience in aircraft turbine design, and when they asked me what I knew about designing turbines and I replied “nothing”, the interviewer said “haha yeah pretty much everyone says that”. When you get into super niche fields, unless you’re hiring for a $300k/year salary senior engineer position where you’re expecting maybe 4-5 applicants total, there’s no way you’re going to get even a handful of people with that kind of specific industry experience.

Yeah I'm def suspicious that a chunk of these job openings are some sort of scam. Like if they claim on paper they're offering jobs but can't fill them they get a tax incentive or some shit.
A year or so back needed a part time thing, car wash near me the owner already knew me as a hard worker from my current gig, but then when I applied for assistant wash monkey like he's always going on about needed more of he's like "well, yeah uhh" like wtf it's hosing down a fucking car.

if I remember correctly, it's because the US banned discrimination by personality or IQ or something, so companies resorted to putting these inane qualifications to weed out the chaff. At least that was the plan initially. Nowadays I'm fairly sure the retard recruiters running the show fully bought into believing the words they printed.

Every third bolt action deer rifle in the US is chambered in the same round as the M1, you can buy .30 Carbine for the M1c at practically any gun store, and 7.62x39 is probably the second most popular center-fire rifle cartridge in the US

I just started applying to entry level job regardless if they wanted you to have 5+ years experience or not. I would have applied to like 4 a week if I just applied to ones that didn't have a ridiculous experience level requirement posted on the listing.

House has passed the bill with roaring cheers and laughter.

Senate will most likely pass this. Republicans and democrats are your enemies; Politicians are your enemies.
I have faith this won't happen. This was an extremely close vote. 4 votes is what passed this. As far as I know, they have to beat the filibuster to pass it in the Senate.

When you put it like that, I can see why the ask for your SSN. It just gives me great pause when I see a job application asking for my social.
No, it’s definitely highly suspicious. There are services that run background checks, and reputable employers will just have you file all your information with them instead of harvesting it themselves.
