Way late responses, but this is a slow-moving thread, so what the hell.
Incidentally, the rantings about "because of my appearance" feel just a bit too angry to be Timaz going through the victim routine for asspats; there's some real personal rage there. He's short, and kind of unfortunate-looking. And you know he wasn't always taking those steroids, so he wasn't always muscular either. Naturally, he blames his social failures on his body rather than his unpleasant personality, like any troon.
Timaz is different in that he seems to be smart enough to realize that the technology isn't there yet to physically become Naomi. In that regard, you could call candaulism "the thinking man's autogynephilia", at least as long as it doesn't proceed to the terminal trans phase. You can be certain, though, that if the tech ever makes it there, he'll want to be one of the first to try it out. Towards this end, he and people like him are trying to normalize the fundamentally monstrously anti-human ideologies of transhumanism and transgenderism. They're turning our world into hell on earth because they can't get over going through high school as an awkward lump. Not surprising that Naomi has interacted with MovieBob before.
I agree on the fetish but I don't think it explains the rants. Timaz's Twitter rants comes across to me as mildly autistic more than anything else. If he wanted attention directed to "Naomi" as part of his fetish, it would be more sexualized, and less obnoxious. It seems to be a general intermediate phase that a lot of troons go through, just in different ways depending on their financial means. First they create a model of their ideal GF, then they try to become the model. If they're poor, they make a FF14 or other MMO character; if they have more money, they make some kind of OC or fursona and pay artists to draw it for them, maybe make a "sexy" female fursuit; and if they are rich, they'll get an actual girlfriend with mental issues that make her pliable, and then turn her into their fetish self. In a long-since memory-holed Rolling Stone article talking about the Wachowski brothers troon-out, someone said something like that the character of Trinity "was in retrospect, a demo model of a product he couldn't wait to buy". Timaz fills the troon financial niche between "middle class income" and "hot new Hollywood hit director".

Looking at Timaz's deleted Reddit comments two things stand out:

Unure if it goes as far as autistic: seems like he has a strong case of "I'm always right" combined with "must be the smartest person in the room" syndrome.
Also note, most of Timaz's Twitter rants are directed towards white women. I think there's a lot of bitterness there (past rejection?) and a misogynistic streak that he hides by constantly playing the racism card.
Btw - it'll be a real shitshow when the 'sexycyborg' online personna is exposed as a white American man. It's clear now that Make and Vice both tried to do that and were successfully beaten into submission using several fake victim narratives.

My guess is that Timaz insists on XXX grams of protein with his meal cos of bodybuilding, and the Turkish restaurant didn't provide enough. Those wraps were the only source of meat.
One interesting things about these photos - you can see how veiny Naomi's fake tits are. The skin is stretched over so tight that you can see every blood vessel.
I think normally Timaz filters it out (photos) or Naomi covers it with makeup (videos):
