I think they may have gotten mixed up when trying to promote the Chinese news outlet. With lib discourse there's the concept of femme/lipstick or butch lesbians, but I'm not sure I've ever heard of women wanting a 'masculine' woman the way Wu tries phrasing it. In my experience the butch lesbians seem the angriest towards men and want to distance themselves from anything that sounds like men.
Makes it sound all the more like a guy larping as a woman on the account.
Also searching on twitter it looks like their first use of 'masc' was back in Feb 2020.

"Masc" it's a masculine-looking female. This is opposed to "butch", which is a masculine-acting lesbian.
I'm not clear what the meme means: No one in the video is female or black. Also, I don't think mascs generally work out - it's usually their clothing and hairstyle that look male.
I think the meme is the result of one or both of the following:
A. Timaz wanted to share a video of Asian guys working out (as he's a steroid freak and was impressed)- then had to think of a reason why Naomi would post it.
B. They were asked to promote a random article from China Daily, which is CCP-owned English propaganda news site, to get more Western eyes on the site. They chose that story to promote.
This week they have also been heavily defending China's zero-COVID and traditional Chinese medicine. I also noticed the tweet where Naomi got taken away in a van and detained was deleted. Is their Twitter now being influenced by CCP? Feels like it.

After I watched a couple of SerpentZA videos lately, the Youtube algorithm put the videos he did with Naomi on my homepage (I agree with other person in the thread who was disappointed that SerpentZA fell for her shit. In his defense, I don't think he is much of a Twitter guy, so maybe he was not aware of the fake online persona or the suspicions around her). Anyway, it reminded me that Naomi existed, so I checked her timeline to see how Timaz is dealing with China's recent bouts of zero-covid craziness.

There apparently used to be a good size population in Shanghai cause it was a open city and was one of the only places that allowed emigration in the 1930s but most of them left when the the commies took over.
