I was just thinking this last night. If these guys are real -- which I'm not as confident about as you are -- it's because word is spreading through the immigrant communities. It explains why she gets clusters of the same nationality, too.

On the other hand, she seems to be losing track of which lie she told about what supposed lover. So who knows.

Chantel lies but cheating married men lie too. I wouldn’t be surprised if the married guy existed. A surprising number of them cheat and they’re not always picky about who they fuck.

I believe Nader is completely done with Chantal. He doesn't need her for anything anymore, and he has someone who provides him with cash, food, and an apartment. . Chantal paid a few bills, he got an iphone and an ipad out of it, so he considers the whole thing a success.

The new escorts/plenty of fish hookups are all to make him jealous (in her mind) and her delusional brain sees it as her being hot and in demand, because she still can't cope with the fact she 'lost'.
