Yeah, I was wondering this too. I only somewhat follow the legal drama, partly because it's hard to find useful information in three hundred pages of "chris raped barb die chris".
I'm sure this has been addressed before, but do any legal Kiwis have insight into why Chris' incest charge is listed as "Incest w/ own child" instead of "Incest w/mommay"?

im no legal kiwi but i have seen other legal kiwis state this is most likely caused by the software just not having the correct listing for incest with mother.
@Pointless Sperg ive seen a few people ask this or similar question, so maybe this should be in your faq.

First, since it's fairly certain these are competency evaluations it is unlikely they are relevant to whether or not Chris actually committed any crime, so probably not. And any legal motions using the evaluations for anything else substantive will likely be sealed as well if defense asks for it, judges have discretion to seal motions with very sensitive information in them. If there is relevant stuff, and Chris/his defense attorney wants to waive the privacy protection by mentioning it publicly, that's for Chris to decide.

I think that's what they're going for. They wanna get him out of their hair asap but are so tired of handling him kid gloves, but also know he won't survive in big boy prison so this is a compromise for everyone. Chris leaves jail after a year served, but he's now labeled a convicted felon. Stripping him of all his tard privileges, and now under serious parole and probation. Not to mention SOR which all puts him in a thin ice/short leash situation.
No more Therapeutic Docket bullshit, and no more movie tickets and flowers for being a "good boy."

I see that he was evaluated by both Western State and by ILPPP. Here’s ILPPP’s website.
My guess is that Western State’s evaluation of Chris is for the Prosecution, and his evaluation by ILPPP was arranged for by Heilberg to be used by the Defense.

These absolute (figurative) motherfuckers are probably only charging him with felony incest because they said "Hey better take whatever shitty plea deal we offer you or we'll be monumental faggots and throw the book at you to punish you for not being well behaved little cattle" and Chris said no, so now they're going through with it.
Maybe they told him they'd let him off with time served but force him to register as a sex offender or something along those lines, and visions of all the conventions he'd be barred from flashed before his eyes?
It's a bunch of shit, someone needs to show the jury Barbara's well established history of being a manipulative individual towards her mentally disabled son, and in fact that CWC was the victim in this situation.
I didn't realize in Virginia they were in the business of declaring mentally disabled subjects of sexual grooming and probably even extortion (how could a person turn down orders that they 'cuddle' with the owner of their only shelter?) to be felons.

If only I was one of those 200 IQ super geniuses, I could've gotten a law degree at a young age, become an established lawyer, and when the incest saga starts I could fly to Virginia and provide Chris with a rock hard defense.
