Yeah the way I understood this, if the letters legit it means that either Barb is competent to give testimony or submit her side as evidence, or more likely Chris has been told he can’t live with Barb under any circumstances.
As far as Barb being at home despite his past insistence that she wasn’t, I doubt Chris lied because he had nothing to gain from it. A more likely explanation would be that they lied to Chris, possibly because he was encouraging people to show up randomly to her house and tell her that Chris the rapist sent them.

If he does don't expect anything of substance. I've learned to not get excited over jail letters as they either don't mention things we want to hear about, or we get one sentence about what's happening and more of the same rambling. We wait for more content even though at this point it's been the weens providing the good stuff by being retarded and Chris just writing boring schizo letters that might not be censored to keep a feeling of authority over an actual motherfucker.

I'd be interested to see how quickly a GoFundMe for Chris would be banned, no matter who started it. Also the inevitable seething of however many a-logs would make it funny for however long it lasts online. Either way I can see Kengle trying to collaborate with Helena right now to figure out some way to appease Chris while maintaining his interest enough to milk any future letters or otherwise..
