I was so revolted, I missed the second boil... well spotted. If she's started a second boil that quickly, (although not sure of timeline of first one), I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up with MERSA either ass a very deep boil or tunneling abscess.
Cleaning out tunneling abscesses is often done as surgery after scans to determine how deep the tunneling goes & how "twisty" it is. The procedure or recovering from it can be awful... weeks of drains, daily packing & cleaning & it can be PAINFUL. Most patients are expected to get themselves tothe clinci where that work is done although seeing as they're ubttboils, they may come to her.
Not answering the door for the community nurses coming in to do this can result in sepsis very easily & there's no way in hell she'd survive a bout of sepsis without some intensive care & very precise medical management & even with that, could end up with a lot of missing chunks of fat & flesh.
In short, she's a complete blithering idiot for not properly scrubbing herself down & getting herself not to emerg, but an urgent care center for initial assessment, probably an Rx for an antibiotic & a care plan to cover contingencies.

She was wearing cream coloured shorts but they seem to have disappeared up her arsecrack...and yes at one point she pulled up the nightgown to show us the shorts. I'm wondering if this is what everyone last night was getting to see, potentially sans whatever is covering her here. We know she doesn't wear underwear often, so it would not shock me.
