My estimations worked out just as I thought as she would not pay rent. Gratz on fucking over Peetz's credit line for the rest of his life. Chantal is an ungrateful cunt as ever but I think she does not realize that her family won't take her in.
In Smee's house, the step father is the boss and he does not really like Chantal, if you look at the last couple of years they don't interact and only do so if forced. I think the stepfather would make it clear she moves in and you risk your marriage. There may be some truth to the comment Nader made about her having an affair too as Smee used to be a whore but unlike Chantal an actual whore. Their family is dysfunctional and really weird and it's all a case of keeping up appearances there.

This got me to thinking. Let's pretend for a moment that it's actually possible and consider what it would take to get Chantal . . .
I wonder how many of us have considered exactly what sort of monumental achievement this would be. I think it could actually be done in six years or less, which would get her in pretty good shape before she's 50. Before she's in her late 40's, even. First of all, of course, would be a diet and exercise program (three years) followed by skin removal surgery (two years) for a goal weight of 135 pounds. 150 pounds wouldn't be bad, but if we're going to dream we might as well dream big, right? In addition to getting her body down to a normal shape and size, during those five years she'd also need to:
See her physician and specialists for a complete blood count and basic metabolic panel, CT scan(s), PET scan(s), probable biopsies, possible wound care (her recurring boils, depending on how bad they are), STI treatment, endocrinology, and any issues arising from these tests (kidneys, liver, lungs, thyroid, etc.), including an addiction specialist for treatment of drug addictions.
Obtain a dentist and periodontist to work as a team to restore the health of her gums and remaining teeth
Work with a dermatologist for treatment of chronic skin conditions (including hair loss) and possible actual skin disease
Hire an aesthetician for ongoing skin treatments and to learn about proper self-care
Undergo intensive therapy for, undoubtedly, the rest of her life
Engage a psychiatrist for psychotropic medications, also the rest of her life
Hire a personal trainer to keep her on-track of and accountable for her fitness goals
Hire a life coach to re-boot her brain for the basics (hygiene, personal environment, social skills, etc.)
Financial counselor to attain personal finance and budget planning skills
Debt counselor (a legitimate one!) to improve credit scores and debt-to-income ratio
Fashion advisor. NOW.
Hire a tax attorney to help navigate and settle tax debt (if she hasn't already, and let's face it . . .)
Possibly hire a bankruptcy attorney
The last item on my list concerns the question of her employment. If she wants her YouTube channel to be how she makes her money, that's fine. But in that case she needs a coach and trainer to give her the skills necessary to produce and present quality content. If she can't do that then she needs to just hire a career counselor and find a fucking job because The Fart Channel ain't it.
God knows there must be more but just the sheer magnitude and scope of everything she needs is frying my brain. And even if she were to get a handle on everything she needs to do to clean up her absolute smoldering underground landfill fire of a life, the next question is: how much would all of that cost? I don't think any of us could answer that.

A lot of these goals can be done simultaneously with her initial five year five year physical fitness plan but there aren't enough hours in the day or days in the week to do them all, so she'd probably have to take on an extra year to finally take care of the lesser of these tasks. I dunno her exact phone but let's go with an older model because she hasn't updated in a whole so the s20 is $190 monthly with 100gb data, she's still paying naders ipad so i guess that is roughly 230$ for these plans I know she has another one I don't know what model so say its like $100, she's basically gone roughly 6 months not paying her phone bill?

Wait a minute, so she has admitted to her $2000 phone bill, we don’t know how long that is for, how many devices etc, but how do you know she has not been paying the rent on the villa.? One of the things I would actually be surprised about is not having automatic withdrawal (aka preauthorized payments) for rent. I cannot think of a place where you would not have that payment set up as part of the rental agreement...for just that reason.
As much of a shitcunt as Chins is, I am relatively confident the Luxury Villa Estates has preauthorized payments (mostly because that's how it seems to work around here).
That said, I'd love to see a cardboard box beeze, and if she keeps on going the way she is with her demonetized streams and horrible life decisions, we could be there sooner rather than later.

There was a massive cell network outage in Canada a few weeks ago, and although it's officially been fixed, people have been complaining that there's still shittier than usual coverage, even in urban areas. (This includes regions of the country and service providers that were supposedly unaffected by the outage.) I think the after effects of that minor catastrophe have more to do with her terrible stream quality than the cell company throttling her data, rather than just cutting off her service when her bills went unpaid for too long.
You're right. We can't even really speculate because Chantal lies, and when she's not lying she's stupid, and when she's not stupid she's crazy.
She made one or two comments about borrowing money from family a while ago. This could be a lie, because she lies about everything and nothing and for literally no reason at all. Or it could be that she doesn't grasp her own financial situation and it's worse than it appears. Or it could be that she could understand it, but chooses to remain in denial with some pizza and THC gummies to help cushion her from reality, because her tiny mind just can't take it. It's impossible to say because Chantal is such a perfect storm of dishonesty, retardation, and psychosis that anything she says or does could mean just about anything. Or it could mean nothing at all.
We're not dealing with a normal person here. It's probably best to let go of our own understanding of psychology, human nature, and even logic, and approach her like she's a completely inscrutable alien. Maybe on her home planet the males of her species are aroused by discolored and manifold vulva gape. Maybe her species actually needs 3000mg of sodium a day to survive.
