Really depends on your industry and location.

In my experience, a lot of the woke shit is a result of American cultural influence, so places like the UK and Canada are fucked, but Balkan, Asian, and African countries do not give a shit.

It's also pretty much assumed in some fields that if you are working with North Americans to expect shit quality and no reasonable oversight
